How Do You Plead, Conrad Murray?

When Conrad Murray appears in court tomorrow, if he is charged with the murder of Michael Jackson, he will plead "not guilty."
His lawyer told the press this morning that while his client has every intention of surrendering tomorrow and appearing in court, he has no intention of admitting to being involved with the death of the King of Pop. Conrad's lawyer explained:
"He'll surrender Friday. I anticipate he'll be charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, to which we'll enter a plea of not guilty. I expect that we'll have him first surrender to the LAPD where he'll be booked and then transported to court for arraignment."
Why do we have this irking feeling that this case won't be closed for a long, LONG time?

I can go to my doctor, even beg on my knees and ask for powerful meds. but the doctor would uphold the oath taken before becoming a doctor because that's the right thing to do. Murray however did the opposite and that's why he deserves to go to prison. Because of his recklessness he caused the death of a wonderful person. Michael didn't deserve it. No one deserves it. That's why all "Dr's" like Murray need to finally be brought to justice.
this murdering asshole need to be charged with murder 2! manslaughter is NOT enough for what he did and he should be charged with more if that! I hope the family fights to have the charges changed to murder 2 otherwise justice will never be served. R.I.P. Michael!!

Just heard Murray so called visited Michael's gravesite yesterday.. I can't believe that. Is he trying to apologize for murdering Michael by paying his respects?? Too little to late. Him going to his gravesite could have been avoided had he upheld the oath. Pathetic.

I was really surprised, Murray acted stupid and reckless and needs to be locked up for life on a charge of murder but I don't think he meant to kill Michael. He acted in a way that was too reckless to claim that he didn't think that there was a possibilty that MJ could die….he knew that at any moment that Michael could die from what he was giving him but I don't think he went into Michaels room that night saying, "Oh, I think I'm doing to kill the King Of Pop tonight with these drugs." I think he made a horrible mistake and he should pay for it but I think he went to say sorry and ask to be forgiven.

I don't believe that sh*t it's all part of the murder plan, the family hasn”t seen any autopsy report, I have documents where they don”t want to give it to them. Michael became very political with his albums, a side a lot of people don't know. In the 90's he became a threat, he was fighting the same people Tupac was fiting.

I have a question for you though. Who influenced Elvis's dance moves and music??? Give you a hint.. The same kind of musically talented people that Michael grew up learning from were the same people that Elvis was influenced by. Elvis wasn't doing anything different from what black people were already doing (not making this about race but this is true) Elvis was as big as he was because he brought the same thing that was already being done to the young white public. And boy aren't us MJ fans nice because though you have a resistance to MJ facts we still supply you with more. Fact is that Murray is going down for the murder of Michael. Contrary to what you keep saying, Michael was not a drug addict. His toxicoligy reports are viewable for you to see just as all the rest of the information out there regarding the truth about Michael that you are hesitant to read about is. The only thing in Michael's system was what Murray had given him. Nothing more and nothing less. This incompetent "Dr." had been using this same method of helping Michael sleep for awhile eventhough it was wrong the very first time he did it. You don't give these kind of meds. in a home w/out proper safety and you certainly don't walk away from a patient who is under a med. that requires constant monitoring. That means no bathroom breaks. No phone breaks. Nothing. Murray failed because his dumbness caused a life. Don't let your strange hatred for Michael also cloud some of the sense that I know you might posses.
