How Will Ugly Betty End?
Because the show got the ax so close to the end of the season, along with have two episodes deleted from their roster, the producers of Ugly Betty are scrambling to give the girl with big dreams and braces a fitting ending!
But where to begin? Well, let's get back to those braces for just a sec.
Series creator Silvio Horta says that the braces are coming off, just around the same time that Betty's nephew comes out! (No real surprise there)
Along with those fun tidbits, all that Silvio would offer is that someone is getting hitched, a familiar face or two may resurface towards the series end, and Betty may not end up at the place where she established herself. Silvio explains:
"[We] may take her away from Mode. We’re going to see how that impacts the people she works with as well as her family.”
How cliched fun!

Ugly Betty is not only ugly but MEAN!.
I don't want to know and I don't care. I'm no longer a fan because Ugly Betty herself is not worth it. I saw America Ferrera in Sundance this past weekend and told her how much I liked her and stuff and she blew me off.
De-faning forever
I'm really curious to see what they come up with. The original novela (Colombia) and the Mexican version both ended with Daniel and Betty's characters getting married. I really doubt they'd do that. More like, hope they don't.
Who cares? Can't stand America F., she seems so haughty. Example, an interview with Blake Lively (i think it was concerning those traveling pants movies). BL was being asked about GG, and AF just sat there and rolled her eyes. From that moment on, it was very evident watching her in interviews that she's a little snot. I don't care if BL iwas rambling about her toe nail clippings, people are watching you, be gracious.

I'm sad to see it end. This season is particular was funny and well-written with some great one liners and storylines. It's too bad ABC messed around with it.
I would like to see her be happy - but single. I want Amanda to star in her own reality show!
bring back daniel's sister/brother from jail
I was a HUGE fan of the show when it was on. I watched it every Thursday. I thought ABC made a huge mistake and screwed themselves when they switched her day. This was seriously my favorite show and being Guatemalan I had a little more appreciation for it. THEN I was in NYC and ran into America. I was BEYOND excited! I did NOT ask for an autograph or a photo. I just wanted to leave her alone but did let her know what a HUGE HUGE HUGE fan I was. She TOTALLY blew me off and rolled her eyes at me. Ever since then I'd been hoping the show got yanked. I couldn't believe how arrogant she is. Women like her don't deserve their fans and fame when they treat people like that. I just feel bad for the rest of the cast because I do like them all.

I don't want the show to end. They have a great cast. But, Betty should get everything she ever dreamed of. I will miss this show.

Terrible show. I am glad it is off the air. I watched five minutes of it once and I am baffled as to how it stayed on so long it was that bad.
the show is a "refried" so i'm not too shaken that it's been cancelled. i am surprised to read that America is quite rude to her fans. she always seems so put together and speaks very eloquently during interviews. maybe she should take some lessons from lady gaga on how to treat her fans. after all it's the fans that make the star, right.

imo the only characters in that show that were worth while watching were Mark, Amanda and the nephew i forgot his name. I hope that the actors that are worth watching catch themselves another show that appreciates their talents.

I am sorry to see what I believe to be a fantastic portrayal of a Latino family gone from the airways. Each member of the family was diverse, interesting, and funny and despite their relative poverty so far ahead of and not dysfunctional like the born with silver spoons in their mouths, Meades.
i hope hilda gets married and that betty and daniel end up together!
