Jersey Shore's JWOWW is second in sophistication and elegance only to Snooki, but she knows when to say enough is enough and kick a bad habit to the curb!

Girlfriend has been spotted using SmokeSticks, an electronic cigarette that doesn't contain tabacco or cancer-causing carcinogens, but still creates smoke!!

We're thrilled that she is trying to kick the nasty habit and set at least ONE good example for fans of the MTV hit!

    SmokeSticks suck. I tried them. It produces a flavorless water vapor with absolutely no throat burn. They're a re-branded crappy disposable version of e-cigs. She won't be able to quit with those.

    E-cigs are great, I smoked for almost 10 years and then was able to stop thanks to e-cigs but I tried a lot of crappy models before I got a great one from FreshSmoking. One word. Google them.

    My e-cig produces a nice throat burn/kick, was affordable and comes in lots of great flavors. It's better to get a quality product that'll last longer and that you can just maintain with refill cartridges and eliquid instead of throwing your money down the drain. I've saved so much money & I've stopped hacking cuz of e-cigs.

    Too bad electronic cigarettes are more hazardous than they are good. It's not really an aid to help you quit smoking, just lets you get your nicotine fix in places where cigarettes aren't allowed, like trains and airplanes.
