Robin Williams Claims Producers 'Copped Out' On Movie Deal!!
Was this movie really worth pressing charges over?? It looks AWFUL.
Robin Williams has lost a lawsuit over the film Cop Out, claiming he was hired to headline and was entitled to a $6 million fee regardless of if the movie was made or not.
Gold Circle Films, originally behind the film's production, dropped the movie and gave up the rights to it, which Warner Brothers bought and then produced with Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan.
Gold Circle said they never even had a contract with Williams, and the judge agreed in court this morning and dropped the case.
Who knows, Mork? The movie will probably might BOMB and you'll be counting your blessings that you got out when you did!!!

What do you mean 'pressing charges over'! That is a phrase. The cops press charges. a civilian files a law suite. It would be worth filing a law suite if Robin could have proved his case. Considering that maybe a $6 million dollar fee was involved. You seem to forget that this is a business. Not some form of art.
Maybe they sobered up and realized that they had hired Robin Williams and therefore decided to cancel the film.
