Get Comfortable, Conrad! No Charges Filed Yet In Michael Jackson Case

conradap091116028217.jpg

The District Attorney's office announced that today's arraignment in the Michael Jackson case will now be held on Monday, meaning that Dr. Conrad Murray will not be charged until then.

How come all of El Lay shuts down when it rains???

Along with the hearing being canceled, Dr. Murray's legal team canceled their press conference.

Wonder what will be the excuse when they cancel again on Monday?

as a resident and native of los angeles i am embarrassed at this lame infighting between the DA's office and LAPD. get past your petty bs and do what is right for the case. that being said i looooooove that murray is sweating out these days just waiting for them to snap the cuffs on him. hope he's had raging diarrhea all this time just thinking about how much fun jail is going to be. he's a disgrace to his profession and should never be allowed to practice anywhere again.

    2. 2

      Urg :(
Well Monday it is then! .
He definently is guilty ,i dont think he planned to kill him
but he's a doctor shouldnt he have known that what he was doing could kill Michael? what kind of doctor is he!? he only cared about the money, not Michael, and calling Michael his friend is discusting .
He knew what he was doing and what those drugs would end up doing to Michael, it takes a smart person to be a doctor.

    3. 3

One of the most hated men in the world - sucks to be him!

    4. 4

every one keeps piling on Murray, remember, who wanted those drugs?????

    5. 5

ADVICE FOR MURRAY WHEN THEY LOCK HIM UP:DONT DROP THE SOAP

    6. 6

Re: rico35 – Remember whos the doctor?
he is supposed to know better than to give his clients drugs but all he cared about was the money,he didnt care about his client oops i mean victim!

    7. 7

That's because the DA and LAPD need to get their stuff together and stop fighting w/ each other like children and get justice for Michael and his family and fans.

    8. 8

Re: rico35 – We have heard that a thousand times but thanks for bringing it up as if it's the first time someone has tried to bring that to our attention. Michael asked for help to help him sleep but he did not ask for eternal sleep.
      R.I.P Michael

    9. 9

Am I missing something? Did this guy sneak in and administer drugs to Michael while Michael slept? Everyone…EVERY-ONE has known for years that Michael has numerous "problems" with various pharmaceuticals; predominantly painkillers. Michael Jackson was going to get his meds in this country from this doctor or somewhere else. When are we going to start holding people accountable? Who "killed" Britney Murphy? Who "killed" Heath Ledger? River Phoenix? Kurt Cobain? Why wasn't Cobain's drug dealer and the shotgun manufacturer accused of murder?!?!

I will miss Michael and his music but COME ON people!!! Michael wasn't a two year old told that these cute little pills were candy! Michael Jackson: beautiful talent and an absolute trainwreck. Why isn't the abusive (repeatedly proven) Joe Jackson being charged with his "murder" when one could argue that it was his upbringing of this child that "forced" him down this path? Why am I not being tried for "murder" when I contributed to the funds he needed to purchase these drugs in the form of records of his I've purchased???

      Okay…I'll stop. Had to vent…

      Re: Indrid Cold

Indrid I don't think a single rational fair person isn't saying that Michael wasn't responsible in this as well but this Dr. needs to be accountable for his actions as well. This is a medical professional who you should feel safe around and who will not put you at risk. The best example is the one nurse that M.J begged to get this stuff from and she flat out said… HELL NO. You will die. She clearly understood her ethical line as a health care provider. This whole situation is so pathetic.

    11. 11

Re: blahblah12 – Why do we suppose these people, Michael famously one of them, had multiple doctors? AGAIN…it hit me like a concussion grenade when I heard about his death. Absolutely tragic and not at all surprising. The poor guy has been falling apart for YEARS! If you haven't noticed you've lived in a cave since THRILLER's release.

To be clear…this Murray dude should be stripped of any and all abilities to practice and YES, he should face some form of punishment. BUT AGAIN, Michael was going to get his meds from someone somewhere. SOMEONE is guilty of "killing" Michael. Because he is so beloved and celebrated, no one wants to state the obvious: Michael, bless his soul, killed Michael.

    12. 12

Re: ikarusrules – Very well put though I disagree with your first line. His crazy sister (and several people posting here) are calling for this guys head as the one responsible.
I do not at all agree that he is responsible for Michael's death in the same manner I do not agree that gun manufacturer's kill people in hold-ups or a bottle of Budweiser gets behind the wheel and hits a pedestrian.
You are the only one making a decent point on this board with one simple word: "ethics". Murray was ethically responsible for telling him "no". My argument that Michael was going to get his drugs somewhere somehow is irrelevant regarding the "ethics" of medical responsibility. For THAT he should face the music.
      Well put whomever you are…

Re: Indrid ColdRe: Indrid Cold – im going to comment on your #11 and #12 comments
michael jackson could of gotten those drugs by someone else yes
but he got them from dr conrad murray thats what makes the guy guilty
dr murray could of said no but he didnt he obviously did not care about michael at all he does have to face the music he was the one giving michael the meds so of course he is responsible i think its fair even if hes found not guilty he can learn a lesson from this i like most people hope this guy gets what he deserves ,i do agree with you though i think michael was responsible for his own death but i also think that dr murray was as well ,he had a client that wanted the medication and he was a doctor who just could not say no
michael needed help he didnt need more medication.
i agree with ikarusrules and blahblah but i also agree with you and get what your saying

Re: bitchgetoffme – Also well put. I'm surprised more posters haven't wanted my head on a spit. Give it time I guess…

    15. 15

No, don't get comfortable, murderer. The cops and the DA are just making sure they are in agreement on the best way to squeeze the juice out of this rotten grapefruit. You're going to prison, you incompetent fuck-up.

    16. 16

Re: Indrid Cold – yeah its not like your bashing michael like some of the haters do thats when the mj fans get fiesty lol

    17. 17

My opinion is the DA and the LAPD did not win the case on child molestation charges,so they are taking their sweet time charging this doctor. The DA's office already made a deal with this loser of a doctor. The fucken Da's office don't give a crap about this case..I guarantee he will get a slap on the wrist…There will be no justice for Michael Jackson..

    18. 18

I HOPE THEY FRY THIS FUCKER!! BETTER YET, LET HIM GET BEAT UP IN JAIL! YOU TOOK MJ AWAY YOU CARELESS FUCK!!!!!!

    19. 19

Re: Indrid Cold – DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A DOCTOR? IT DOESN'T FUCKIN MATTER WHAT MJ WAS HOOKED ON - THAT DOES NOT ERASE A DOCTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS PATIENT! MJ DIDN'T WANT TO FUCKIN DIE YOU IDIOT…YEAH, IT HURTS TO KNOW MJ HAD A PROBLEM - BUT FUCK, HE HAD THE DOCTOR STAYING OVERNIGHT FOR A REASON - TO WATCH HIM UNDER THOSE DRUGS! BESIDES, MURRAY WAS THE ONE GETTING THE FUCKIN PROPOFOL - HE KNEW BETTER - HE TOOK THE MONEY ——— PERIOD!

    20. 20

Stay strong Murray. Michael Jackson will leave them speechless. :)

    21. 21

      plea deal?

    22. 22

L.A. does NOT shut down when it rains. It just slows down because it very rarely rains there, and when it does, the roads become very slick with all the tire and motor oils on them. So, just answering your question, Mz. Pz.

    23. 23

Re: Indrid Cold – touchee….thank you for just stating the truth. MJ, rest in peace, you pedophile.

    24. 24

If people hate this guy so much and he's african american, can you imagine how much fun we could have if he were white, LOL

    25. 25

Re: EvaDiva – Wow. You poor thing. I don't know which of your well-structured insights I like best. The one I am responding to or "I HOPE THEY FRY THIS FUCKER!! BETTER YET, LET HIM GET BEAT UP IN JAIL! YOU TOOK MJ AWAY YOU CARELESS FUCK!!!!!!"
EvaDiva: You are either drunk out of your mind or 13 and full of Red Bull. Sweetheart, I DO understand the responsibility of a doctor and for THAT you cute little ding-dong, he should face the consequences. And you are correct: MJ didn't want to die. Neither did Heath Ledger. Neither did Brittney Murphy. Neither did River Phoenix. Neither did Chris Farley. I can go on and on and on…
I'm not a fan of the word "idiot" but if anyone is the "idiot" here EvaDiva, you've clearly helped us all see that it is you. You are massively misguided, misinformed, undereducated and lost. Please…put down the iPhone, get off the Internet, pick up a book and get a clue. PLEASE…

    26. 26

Michael killed Michael. Michael was addicted to those painkillers for DECADES. It's Michaels fault. Michael had built a resistance to the drugs and finally it sent him over the edge. Michael was also a PEDOPHILE.

    27. 27

Michael Jackson was a drug addict. In the end his addiction took it. Sad but true. MJ was a waste of enormous talent.

    28. 28

Re: tick_tock_tick_tock – you really are just showing yourself up to be the uneducated immature hater i have known you are since i first come across you….
how in the world was mj a waste of enormous talent?? he broke record after record and still continues to do so…
nobody and i mean nobody will ever come close as to what he has achieved, so you should just deal with it and move on..
madonna knows what a special person he was, he was phenomenal, and im sorry tick tock, you can try and try your hardest to convince me that mj was a pedophile but im sticking with old madge on this one - WE know he wasnt guilty of any of the accusations and i know it must have pained you so much to watch her stand on that stage at the vma`s and talk so wonderfully about the king, especially since you always tried to tell us madonna dosnt like mj etc… i know you must feel a bit of an idiot now but hey, we always knew you was one anyway so dont worry.. we tried to tell you that even your precious madonna looked up to michael but you wouldnt have it would you??? but she stood there loud and proud and if that wasnt enough she expanded on it a few days later by saying "I NEVER ONCE GAVE A SECOND THOUGHT THAT THE ACCUSATIONS ABOUT HIM WERE TRUE" did i ask you your thoughts on her comments by the way???
good old madge eh??? hahahaha :)

    29. 29

MJ may have had an addiction problem but the doctor took a Hippocratic oath to aid people in need but all he did with MJ was take advantage of him and then he killed him with his incompetence and that was not MJ's fault.

    30. 30

Re: tick_tock_tick_tock – WOW!!! you really are MJ obsessed!!!!
you have been sniffing around MJ posts everyday but you havnt been on madonnas posts since last month!!!!!
have you not seen her haters on there??? well you cant miss them - she has so damn many!!!
why are you constantly on here when you should be defending your idol??? or are her haters too good for you huh?? or is something bothering you about MJ?? its THAT speech isnt it?? :) or is it the fact MJ`s TII dvd is no. 1??? well instead of worrying what is going on here id pop over to madonnas posts once in a while…..
      some fan you are LMAO!!!

    31. 31

Re: tick_tock_tick_tock – she needs defending on the last 3 posts by the way.. thats how many you have missed because you are letting your MJ obsession get in the way of defending your idol…
or… are you angry with her??? angry with her for making you look like a complete and utter idiot on here???…
      bloody madonna eh?? :)

    32. 32

Re: MJ ROCKS!!! – "some fan you are LMAO!!!"
Exactly! What kind of fan is she when she spends the majority of her time on a post about a man that she has such hatred for yet she rarely frequents the post of the person she loves? sticky_and_slanderous that is a big example of not making any sense..

    33. 33

Re: MJ fan59 – and look how contradictory her 2 posts are!!!! the first one - he was a drug addict/pedophile…
the second one - he had enormous talent, its sad…
this idiot really is a waste of space… i dont think she knows what she believes herself most of the time!

    34. 34

Murray deserved a 2nd degree murder charge. He was fully aware of the potentially fatal mixture of drugs he gave mj. His negligence is beyond just unreasonable. I hope they throw the book at him!

    35. 35

      Re: Indrid Cold

I believe EvaDiva is talking about the hippocratic oath that Murray clearly violated by administering a drug that was meant to be administered in a carefully monitored hospital setting. However, being a MJ fan I completely agree with you and it's nice to see some rationale that isn't completely through the roof screaming he's a pedophile.

    36. 36

i dont believe that it is completely his fault, but he really should have known better as a health professional. im not an MJ fan, but i hope that Dr Conrad Murray gets a suitable punishment for basically taking advantage of an addict for money.

      Re: Indrid Cold
"When are we going to start holding people accountable?"
      ______________________________________________________
I see your point but at the same time, it was Murray who was feeding the addiction. MJ couldn't have obtained these prescription meds without a money hungry desperate doctor to give them to him. It's good to shine the light on these doctors for practicing unethically so that they can get the proper punishment they deserve and hopefully not be able to practice medicine in the future.
