Poppa Joe and hitting up some Super Bowl parties, when he reportedly decided to crash one. His target ended up being the Hotel 944, where Nick Lachey was throwing a humdinger of a bash. One partygoer heard Joe confess that Nick had no idea that he was there.

Sources say that when Nick found out about his uninvited guest, he seemed "shocked" but didn't have him thrown.

The real loser is Simpson, he planted that rumor for attention because nobody wants to smell the stinch of desperation at their parties.

dont know if my entry went through, but, Joe was really hard on Nick. Nick is a one of kind blessing to women. He is hot, talented, loyal, decent, good hearted, doesnt overspend lavilshly, is sensible, logical, works out, clean, … I really think Joe was jealous of Nick. Little did Joe know that at the time (although we all did) that Nick was the one for Jess. The best man with her and her families best interest at heart. Now, he realizes… and now it may be too late. It was HUGE, really BIG of Nick not to have him thrown out. Nick is amazing and Vanessa is so lucky!! They deserve one another!! Loves them both!!!!! Oh, in hind-sight, Jess took alot for granted, NICK, ASHLEE, and now she is left far behind miserable and all alone like her dad wanted her, well to be with him that is.
