      I'll bet she does (find her head spinning), and it's within her power to slow it down, anytime she needs to; and she should, here and there. Too fast and mistakes are made, burnout happens, and you won't remember too much of it later. In her twenties, she is still quite capable of a demanding pace and be fine.
      It's important to remember to and take time for herself at critical junctures. Schedule it in beforehand, or it will continually be pushed back and back by the powers that be.
