The money-hungry Jackson is looking to sue multiple media outlets that published an image of Michael Jackson, on the day of his death, being wheeled out of his home on a gurney and into an ambulance.
Joe's lawyer claims the pic is an invasion of the "family's privacy" and would like to take action against the publications as soon as a judge grants him the right to peruse through Michael's medical records.
Like that'll happen!

"The family's privacy"……..If that wasn't so pathetic it would be funny. Since when has this sorry excuse for a human being (much less a father) cared about his family's privacy? He has pimped his children out since they were small children and continues to do so today, including his newest victims, Michael's beloved children.

If he was doing this because he actually cared about Michael and his privacy then I wouldn't mind. But clearly he is just doing this to get money since he can't get it from the Michael Jackson estate. Stop pretending that you actually cared about your son and go away already.

He may have been the closest to "cash poor" he's ever been around the time of his death but have you checked record sales, movie sales (estate got 90% of TII profits) and DVD sales lately? They are doing okay. By the time his children are adults they will be inheriting a Billion dollar estate. The catalog is still included and it will always generate cash especially now that MJ is not around to spend it and the executors can oversee every dollar.

Someone should sue. That was one of the most disrespectful things that I have ever seen. Heartless Paparrazi taking a picture of Michael while he was being taken away in an ambulance when he was already with the angels at that point. Stupid "Dr." Murray made the paramedics still try to resuscitate him when he had already realized hours prior that Michael was gone. He had noticed Michael was gone about 2 hours before he decided to reach out to someone else to call 911 because he didn't "know the address." He had known Michael was gone 2 hours before he started giving him CPR on a BED. So yes, someone should be sued because it is an invasion of privacy at the highest degree. I don't care who sue's. It can be Joseph, Rebbie, a fan, or joe blow down the block. People got paid who know's how much money for taking pictures of such a horrible time and they should take that money and donate it to all the charities Michael still supports to this day.

You wouldn't want anyone taking pictures of you or a family member of yours on their death bed would you?? Same thing goes with Michael the human being not the "Superstar." He was disrespected his whole life by media and papparazzi. They could have atleast gave him and his family some ounce of respect at that moment.
Mj's father or any other family member has the right to sue the paparazzi for taking that photo. They have crossed the line tremendously. How would you feel if someone plastered your dead family member face all over the media? Granted MJ is the biggest star in the world, but he deserves his privacy too.

yes sue them… yes MJ was a worldwide superstar who had hundreds of pictures taken of him everyday, everyweek, joseph knows that.. its not about that!! its the fact that this was a picture of michael after he had passed away which was being flashed around the world. whatever anyone thinks of joseph, that picture was disrespectfull to michael, his children, his parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and his fans…. the line was well and truely crossed when that picture was taken/sold/published… and i agree with mjfan59 - all the money that was made from that single photo should go to one of michaels charities which he still supports to this day.

I honestly don't like Joe Jackson at all, but I have to agree with him on this. I, personally, think it was disgusting that the media published and made money off that photo. Immediately after Michael's death, the media had no respect for him or his family and did not give the family any privacy (TEE ME ZEE, I'm looking at you) and I think they deserved to be sued over the photo, maybe then it'll teach them and their paparazzi a lesson.

I saw his "death Pic" on Insider…… told them (Insider.com) about how low they dropped to put it up and yup Joe has a case. Totally disgusting. I don't agree with anything else he did/has done.
