Conan's Staying In El Lay! Selling Swinging NYC Apartment!

We wouldn't do that if we were you, Conan O'Brien!

You never know when you might want to head back East. No one screwed with you when you lived in New York!

Sources say that Conan has put his Central Park West duplex up for sale with an asking price of $35 million. So if you have that lying around, you might want to snag this place!

This could be the sign that Conan is settling down in California for good. Why else would he give up a two-floor penthouse with three terraces and dramatic park views on 72nd St?

That's just nuts!

Hope Fox makes him an offer soon!

Because the weather in So Cal and the guests he can book for his show is a lot better.

      Why shouldn't he?
He would just be stupid if he moved back to NYC ’cause that would mean he'd have to move his team once again if he gets a new show over there.
I think it's best for his family and his workers families that he stays in LA.

My sister lives in the other apartment on Conan's floor on Central Park West. The view off the terrace is tremendous, but the lobby is a bit disappointing. She's only seen Conan in the elevator a few times, but he doesn't spend much time there. Not surprised he's selling.

The Essex House is on Central Park South actually, not Central Park West.

The Dakota has a couple of small Juliet balconies, but certainly no terraces. And it's not that tall a building.

So if Perez's info is right, Conan's place must be in the Majestic, which is on the other corner of 72nd and CPW. It's not a bad building—the high-floor apartments would definitely have soaring Central Park views—but I wouldn't say it was a particularly prestigious address. To be asking $35 million, the interiors of the apartment must be tremendous.
