Selena Gomez paid mad props to one who came before her, the late, great Selena, by covering her track, Bidi Bidi Bom Bom!, last night at the San Antonio Rodeo!!

Who knew she could speak Spanish????

And do our eyes deceive us?? Is that Nick Jonas watching from the side stage?? Curious, very curious indeed!!

      Selena did so well! I am so proud of her! She is getting much better at singing live and though she has a bit of a way to go, she's relatively new to performing live in front of people.

      How can people think this girl is a good performer? Her voice is terrible and her dancing is so awkward to watch it's almost painful. She's wearing a glittery vest while twirling on a stage and that's supposed to be performing? I don't speak spanish so that draws even more attention to the fact that she really has no range. As for the Jonas kid he looks like he's comatose. At least I presume he was the one in the red staring blankly ahead. I'm pretty sure he could not have looked more bored. I wish I was there so we could of had a 'who hates their life more because they have to listen to this contest' I don't know who would win. Isn't he trying to be seen as a more legitimate artist? Why is nobody informing him that getting publicity for being seen at a Disney concert with a girl who can't sing isn't going to help him be taken seriously?

The original Selena sings this song better but she was just trying to give her a tribute so that's cool.       Yes it is NickJo! With the cowboy hat and the red shirt on… Cuteee! He was at her concerts yesterday and from the ppl who is saying the place was empty she sold out the AT&T Center with 16.500 seats!! She was great!! Love this cover!!

      i know she didn't pronounce some words well but she did pretty good for a first time and some say she sounded bad well guess what she was SICK! and i know some are gonna say that's no excuse but hey she's trying for her FANS and she is improving…she's never said she's a great singer so give her some time

      and whether she can dance or not, it doesn't matter it's mostly a kids show and i think that as long as her fans see her they're happy

      Ok I think I'm the only woman in her 20's commenting but…I think it was cute, she was in her land (selena quintanilla's) so I think it was a nice gesture. I didn't here all of it but I think it was good. I'm sure she knows she's not Christina Aguilera but hey she tries.
