The sophisticated and ferosh Carrie Bradshaw, otherwise known as Sarah Jessica Parker, paid respects to the 75% of her Sex and the City audience when she had her gays' backs at the 9th Annual Human Rights Campaign Gala at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Saturday night!!

We have to admit though, "Peppermint" is giving her a run for her money in the diva department!!

Work it, ladies!! Congrats on contributing to a AMAZING cause!!

Amazing cause, but a terrible "charity". All HRC does is pay its leadership huge salaries and throw black tie, celebrity-studded events. HRC has ceased to be a leader in the fight for equality, and it is terribly inefficient when it comes to handling its funds. If you really want to see some progress made, donate to a group like Lambda Legal.

Re: EnumaElish – Who is really surprised by this? Some gays are just horrible and completely pretentious social climbers who just want to replace women. Like Perez, they covet straight men and hate the straight mens' girlfriends/wives. They view women as extraneous who just get in the way. I've had several gay men compete with me for straight men and besides it being unbelievably sad (b/c the straight men were disgusted by them), the gay mens' distaste for me was quite palpable.

Perez is one of these men. He used to despise SJP and even put up photos of her face next to the face of a horse. But now that she is "giving back to HER GAYS"…he likes her. HER GAYS? LMAO!!! What a stupid term.

Not all gay men are like this. I have met some sweethearts, but don't be fooled - Perez is not an anomaly, there are MANY GAYS like him in existence. Gays like Perez truly hate women b/c they are their competition. The only women gays like Perez like are ugly women who can't get men (Lady Gaga) and wretched women who give other women a bad name (Angelina Jolie).

Also, where do you get the number that 75% of the SATC fans are gay men and women? While I do believe there is a large following of gay fans I think the majority of fans of SATC are straight women age 18- 45, their target demographic Perez. Nice try though.
