People who get pimples like that on their cheeks usually get cystic acne - it is deep in the skin, extremely hard to get rid of and is always recurrent. She could have a problem she can't do anything about, and for that I feel bad for her. But when you're sticking your face into cameras and putting yourself out there for the world, prepare to be judged. This is what people do. I would hope that A. she stops the drugs and poor diet that are doing that to her and B. get a better dermatologist.
Also, from the line around her mouth she looks like she's a smoker. Smoking is dirty and can create the tiny pimples she has around her mouth. To me, all of this seems like she's a person that doesn't care too much about themselves in a healthy way.

it's looking like cystic acne. that shizz is not caused by anything but bad luck and genetics. those pimples leave hellish scars. there are meds to help it though. my last roommate was a former model and had the gnarliest cystic zits. luckily she learned enough about makeup to cover that crap up like a champ! and annalynn or whoever this is is doing just fine with the cover up too–it's just the close up shot that made us notice.
back in the day people reading this blog used to eat this snarky shit up. now, everyone is so anti-perez they will beef with whatever the heck he and his sister post (even though they are still hear reading hmmmmm).

I appreciate the photo to show that even actresses who have the best make-up and make-up artists still suffer from regular everyday zit issues and not everyone is photoshopped.
