Jackson Family Outraged Over Charges

wenn2496657__opt1.jpg

As Dr. Conrad Murray was arraigned on charges of involuntary manslaughter for the murder of Michael Jackson, the family of the King of Pop are furious that he was not brought up on harsher charges.

"He's a monster," said Michael's mother, Katherine.

"This charge is a slap on the wrist," said Joe's attorney, Brian Oxman. "There's great disappointment here. [Conrad Murray] should've been charged with a higher degree of responsibility. What he did was reckless. It was a disregard for human life."

And they are all on the same page, which is rare for the Jackson clan.

“Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan," said LaToya Jackson. "There are other individuals involved and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."

Re: bigray – LOL very funny.. I don't take meds. and if I did I would surely make sure I had a doctor who's main goal was to follow the oath and not the doller signs.

Re: MJ ROCKS!!! – "like - never mind doc, you killed my father but hey, dont worry, coz i know he asked you for the fatal dose."

Too bad they don't realize that, that is exactly how they come off when they say those ignorant things.

Re: bigray – I see you might have mistaked truth for craziness. Like I said I don't need meds. but you and many others (tick_tockbug) surely need your daily dose of truth. Don't worry though.. I'm not breaking any rules or endanging anybody by supplying the truth/facts. Unlike Murray…..

      Re: bring it
"CONRAD MURRAY SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED! MICHAEL JACKSON WAS AT FAULT. THE JACKSON FAMILY NEED TO MOVE ON AND REALIZE MICHAEL JACKSON DID THIS TO HIMSELF. THERE IS NO ONE TO BLAME BUT HIM! HE WASNT THINKING ABOUT HIS KIDS, FAMILY, FANS, CAREER…HE WAS THINKING ABOUT HIMSELF!"
      ________________________________________________________________

What are U talking about?! Murray is just as guilty if not more! Murray was the enabler & was feeding the addiction for his own personal financial gain…he was NOT practicing ethically like ALL doctors are supposed to! Murray should have refused to administer the lethal mixture of drugs he gave MJ…but he didn't…now look where it's got him! No one seems to feel sorry for him either…I sure don't!!

    5. 105

wow really? we all know he dint do it on purpose……wow and latoya is such a famewhore……wow a greater cause?????so stupid they think there going to get the celebrity treatment

Re: MJ fan59Re: MJ ROCKS!!! – Your love for the long term pain killer officianado is obviously blinding you. I'm sure he was a nice person and all, and no doubt a talented performer, but that doesn't make him a saint or above flawed human behavior. Michael would've died doctor or no doctor. He would've gotten drugs, doctor, or no doctor.
Here, let me spell it out for you: He was a sickly 90-something pounds, and he was A DRUG ADDICT. AY DRuGGG AdDdDICccTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    7. 107

Re: LosTAngeles – Please realize that you trying to "spell things out for us" isn't doing anything for me.. Not at all. Michael may have gotten medicine from Murray that he wasn't supposed to be administering and it is very possible that another doctor would have taken his oath much more serious had he been asked by Michael. No one ever said Michael was a saint so I wish people like you would stop throwing the "saint" card at us fans. Were Michael Jackson fanatics. Were not idiots. We are all sinners so Thanks for trying to enlighten me.. And you tell me "he was not above flawed human behavior" I'm well aware of that. Did you not look at my comment to tick_tock? Michael had his problems just like the rest of is. That's what humans go through. It's all apart of life. I just find it funny that people always speak w/ a double standard when it comes to Michael. He can be "flawed" and be a "drug addict" but then he couldn't be viewed as a human being like the rest of us who make mistakes.

    8. 108

      Re: LosTAngeles – in continuation..
Don't take a mistake that he had made almost 20 yrs. ago and then use it as an accuse as to why he was "flawed" and that was therefore the cause of his death. My L.O.V.E for him doesn't blind me. My L.O.V.E for him just opens up my eyes wide enough to pay attention to things dealing with him. Whether it be the child accusations against him or the drug accusations about him. And were all gonna die doctor or no doctor but Michael was murdered. BTW Michael wasn't 90lbs and even if he were his weight didn't stop him from owning that stage.. He's always been very thin.

    9. 109

Those Jacksons, fg'ss, they knew MJ was an addict, who the eff did they think was supplying him? Hypocritic greed monsters. They're act is old.

    10. 110

He's obviously guilty, and I can see why the family would be outraged — certainly. But LaToya is a kook ball.

    11. 111

      LaToya is fucking delusional.

    12. 112

Re: LosTAngeles – and let me spell it out to you.. maybe he would have died doctor or no doctor but the fact is he died because of murray.. BECAUSE OF THE DRUGS MURRAY GAVE HIM!!!
my point is michael was not the drug addict that people are saying he was.. FACT - he only had the drugs in his system which murray gave him that day.. and michael actually weighed more than 90 lbs when he passed away, his weight was in an acceptable range for a man of his height.
michael jackson also had a strong heart and was "fairly" healthy. im not saying he was a saint but im saying he wasnt the huge DRuGGG AdDdDICccTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that people like you seem to think he was.

Re: Brainbug – You are an idiot

    14. 114

Re: JayRock – Jackson was NOT addicted to propofol, there is no evidence that propofol causes addiction, I have worked with this drug for over 20 years. The forensic examination of blood, urine, cerebro spinal fluid, liver and any other body fluids and organs, including liver stomach, brain, and HAIR were tested for every drug under the sun, NO DRUGS WERE DETECTED except the drugs administered by Murray the day Jackson died These were mainly Benzodiazepines-tranquilizers. Jackson slept for 2 hours. Administering propofol as a sleeping aid is gross negligence, and believe it or not , DOCTORS HAVE TO OBEY LAWS TOO. The dosis would have killed anybody under those circumstances. Forget Jackson, any doctor injecting propofol at home, enough to cause the death of the patient will be charged with manslaughter. Go ALL OF YOU, READ THE COMPLETE AUTOPSY REPORT, being STUPID seem to be in fashion here.

    15. 115

Perez where is my first comment with the links? Do you prefer to keep your commentors in IGNORANCE or what? Not a SINGLE person commenting on this blog has read the AUTOPSY REPORT themselves. Please, people READ THE CORONER'S report before writing such stupid and ignorant comments. Doctors have rules of conduct and practice. Forget Michael Jackson for a moment, any doctor who causes the death of a patient ( any patient ) through incompetence and disregard of safety measures will have to face the legal consequences, regardless of what the patient wanted, regardless of whether the patient was a known addict or not. Like in this case, the doctor administering the drug himself. Doctors are allowed to precscribe dangerous drugs, that is not a crime, administering a dangerous drug to a patient in lethal dosis , is a crime.Remember, no matter what a patient asks for, if a doctor administers this himself, and ends up killing the patient, he will be charged with a criminal offence.

You can't just charge someone on what you think it should be you have to stay with in the laws. Even judges have to go by the laws. Trying to hold others accountable will be hard to do also. You need foundation and cause and proof to do so. They are greiving for their loss which is understandable but before they start throwing law suits around they had better look at the whole picture here. Michael did'nt take no for an answer and he would go to the end of the earth to get his drugs and everyone knows this. So bottom line he was his worst enemy and his family had just as much knowledge about his drug use and so if they are going to hold others accountable then they need to start with themselves. Case closed let the man rest in piece…

    17. 117

Re: nanaama – I read it all and it breaks my heart. I almost didn't read it b/c I mean seriously would you want to read such a report from anyone else that you love and admire… but I feel it had to be done one big reason being to educate myself. Something that the haters on here fail to do time and time again.
R.I.P Michael. You will get your justice

    18. 118

Michael was murdered. Cause of death is "Acute PROPOFOL intoxication." You haters need to go read all 51 pages of that autopsy report to educate yourselves and stop making ignorant/false comments related to things that you know nothing about.

    19. 119

Re: dimplecheeks – I completely agree. bet it's all Americans making these negative comments. It's always been either Americans or British that have been bashing him for his entire life.
Idiots read the autopsy reports - you will find by the state of his body he WAS NOT a adrug adddict.
No ethical doctor should be administering an anaesthetic drug that as reported by the autopsy report was enough to give a patient qho reuires major surgery, in their home! The negligence is beyond comprehension. He was totally in it for the money. Michael never put a gun to his head and said kill me, overdose me to the limit - oh and dont bother monitoring me.
He violated every medical ethic there is to violate.
      Dumb ass Americans!

    20. 120

Re: Rican31 – What evidence? There was none found in his autopsy report - research it.

    21. 121

Re: LosTAngeles – You must clearly adore America then with your pseudo name for a start.

    22. 122

Re: LosTAngeles – Maybe you were on drugs when you saw "This is it", because you clearly never saw what anyone else saw. He was definately not about to fall over anywhere and you could see how lucid and brilliant he was at creating the tour.
      Dumb ass pseudo Canadian.

    23. 123

Re: LosTAngeles – Your ignorance is astounding, to the point of staggering. He weighed 136 pounds when he died. Do you have an IQ of 70?

    24. 124

im with the jacksons on this 100%, he acted incompetently, he has already admitted giving Michael propofol on the day he died, he says that the amount he gave him shouldnt have killed him, but it did kill him, and he refuses to accept that. He did go missing after Michael was pronounced dead, he overruled two paramedics who wanted to pronounce Michael dead when they arrived at the mansion, its kinda hard to believe a Doctor cant tell when someone is dead when two paramedics can. this doctor is shady beyond belief.

    25. 125

Re: nanaama – I wish people like you, wouldn't attack people like me for telling the truth. I think comments like yours are the ones that should be monitored, seeing as you cannot comment without calling some ignorant. You seem to be the one lacking intelligence. The POINT to my post was that he CANNOT be charged with murder, because people don't understand the LAW. Not that he was/was not addicted. If he was/was not, is irrelevant to the fact that the charges that were made were CORRECT. MURDER, however, is NOT. Understand my point before replying next time please.
