Beyowulf Has To Give Tickets Away In Argentina!!
We guess Argentina isn't really feeling Beyowulf!!
Sources tell us that sales for the diva's Buenos Aires concert Friday were so shiteous that the city's major newspaper had to resort to giving away tickets for FREE!!
The tickets were reportedly selling for 800 pesos ($210) at the highest and 150 pesos ($53) at the LOWEST. That's more than Madonna was charging!
The venue is also about a 40 minute drive from the city center and many in town use public transportation.
Ouch!! We guess Sasha Fierce needs to come back down to Earth and be a little more accommodating to other countries if she wants to stay at the top!!

Who the hell would pay that much anyway? Its just common sense not to buy those overpriced tickets, it has nothing to do with the fact that is Beyonce' Lardy McLardass!
I live in Buenos Aires… I am not a fan of her but one of the main reasons for poor sales its the venue…. its fucking far and a shady area of town… never seen anybody performing there.

i wanted to go but those tickets are waaay expensive. I paid a lot of money to see Madonna but i don't think beyonce's worth it. The stadium where she's playing is not near the city center, so that's another expense you have. The cab or the bus to go, the ticket, and the transportation to come back to your house. She needs a reality check, there's not a lot of people that can pay that amount of money in Argentina :/

in fact to peru the highest is about 700 soles that are about 300 dollars. and the tickets sold fastest between ecuador, colombia and peru. I'm from ecuador and I'm going to Lima to see Beyowulf front row

Beyonce doesn't set the price of her tickets. The Local Promoter does. If Perez knew anything about the music business he would know that!
This promoter probably bought one (or several) dates on the tour and is promoting it on their own. They pay Beyonce's agent a fee for the concert, then set the ticket prices, do the local promotion and all of the production of the date.
not only they're giving them away, but they're giving an extra ticket for each ticket you buy.

I am from argentina, i live near the place, its the suburbs, great place, not usually used for concerts, but really difficult to get there because the public transport sucks! so unless you have car or money for a cab its complicated. Also pretty expensive due to that for middle class that is a lot of money. And also she is not a big deal here, nobody cares…shes not maddona…

The Tickets are soooooooo expensive, even more than Argentina.
The highest ticket cost 165.000 pesos ($310 american dollars), and the lowest 27.500 pesos ($53 american dollars) and you can see almost nothing !!
Is so unfair, Beyonce is not so famous here, even MADONNA ticket was so expensive ( and she have a long career and succes in Chile).
Anyway, almost all the tickets are sold, and we will not have free tickets to the show… Very Sad

I am from Argentina. Beyonce is well known here, but the place where she is performing (Hipodromo de San Isidro) is too far from Buenos aires. And its true, prices are waay too high, I bought an $480 ticket which is about 130-150 dollars. 3,85 pesos = 1 dollar.
San isidro is not shady, lots of very rich people live there, a lot of people who go to really expensive jewish high schools like Tarbut live there (I AM JEWISH SO I APPROVE THIS COMMENT OK?)
I had no idea this free ticket thing was going on, but it was the Clarin Magazine… beyonce IS sold out perez, Clarin has this freebie as an EXCLUSIVE! My uncle works there and I know! Gee, way to trash nice singers.
The thing is, public transportation sucks and and it is unsafe to use it at night, especially on Fridays (the day of the show) so you need a car or a taxi to go there. BUT the ticket agency is offering a TRANSPORTATION SERVICE (check tuentrada.com if you wanna see) so everyone who is moaning about San Isidro being too far can shut their mouths!

I love Beyonce but i think it's ridiculous to charge that much for a ticket for her concerts. Sorry Beyonce but Argentina isnt much of a rich country, and i think it's selfish of her to put those prices, considering the fact that she has made so much money already, mainly this past year, which is good for her i must say. But i sometimes these fucking artists should think about their fans and not always thinking about the mighty dollar, since without fans to buy their music or watch their movies, they are nothing, am just saying!!!

pissing me off people since it's my country. First of all, I adore beyonce! she is a great performer and her shows are amazing! I hurried up and bought my tickets really quick thinking that they would be sold out, silly me. I paid my four tickets full price at $680.00 each, that's about 700 dls.I don't think I will regret my decision because I really really like her music.
Second, San Isidro is a beautiful town in the suburbs, but the venue is located in a not so pretty part of it. So it's kind of shitty.
Public transport is horrendous here! so I might take my car, lol.
Finally, I am kind of upset because I read at a webiste that she said that the covers she will be singing were
specially for her concerts in Latinamerican, which is completly false ’cause she performed 'Ought to know' by A. Morrisette at the Grammys. That's just wrong! xox,, laura.

So what? In Russia tickets were selling 200 at lowest and more than 1500 at highest. Since we have no middle class (only rich and poor people), anyone could barely afford it. It was a success though.
i went to her concert and it was amazing i love beyonce but yeah the tickets were very expensive so many people werent able to afford it cuz 800 a ticket is like a lot and many people werent in the city because they were on summer vacations. i liked the location but it was a bit far if you dont have a car which most of the people that went had but she could've done it on river. the people who organised could've done it better but still was a great concert
