Dennis Hopper Claims His Wife Is Killing Him (Sorta)!
And the crazy just keeps on coming with this unfortunate mess!!
Despite prior reports that the terminally ill Dennis Hopper was divorcing his wife of 15 years, Victoria, because he's incapicitated on pills, the actor has filed his divorce papers and claims he is perfectly capable of making decisions.
His doctor supports his claims.
"The presence of his estranged wife is hampering Mr. Hopper's present cancer care…It is my belief and recommendation that the less Mr. Hopper has to do with his estranged wife at this time, the more likely he is to have his life extended."
Hopper says that Victoria's mother "…told me in November of 2009 that I should simply leave the bulk of my property to [Victoria] as I was going to die soon. I found this statement distressing, inappropriate, bizarre, and disturbing."
Victoria has made her own allegations against Hopper, who claims that his adult children are trying to cut her out of his will - which would mean she lose her 25% cut of his estate. She also is pissed that her soon-to-be ex-husband smokes weed in front of their 6 year old daughter, Galen, and is demanding he not use the drug for medicinal purposes for at least SIX hours of seeing his child.
UM. He's not smoking so he can eat doritos and watch youtube videos, he has CANCER, you idiot.
Dennis denies getting high in front of his kid and says he'd agree to not smoke within one hour of Galen's visits, which would be daily from 5-7pm.
As a part of their pre-nup, Victoria will have to leave his home permanently on March 11th, 60 days after the divorce papers were filed, and Hopper is requesting a restraining order against her.
This woman sounds batshit!! Get her out so you can enjoy the rest of your life with as much peace as possible!!

Really faux and misleading headline here. His soon-to-be-ex's mother said something she shouldn't have, not Victoria, and Victoria doesn't want pot around her child, which is responsible.
