I am from Manchester, NH (so luckily she is not in my district but I feel bad for those whom she is representing) and I believe that everyone has the right to love whom they please.       So liek I didn't watch the video because I just didn't care in the sense that I'm always watching tv while I check the internet. BUT I do have to say, that although I am not from NH, I did go to college there for 4.5 years. In FACT the first election I was ever able to vote in was the 2008 elections, and so as such a remarkable occasion, I registered in NH as it was easier (and honestly so much more fun to walk in a booth and vote vs send away an absentee ballot) than voting in CT. Once I voted for Obama, and probably one other person on the ticket whose name I recognized, I just went straight down party lines, and voted all-Democrat. SO please PEREZ, don't generalize everyone who voted in CT just because the majority elected her. Some of us voted for other people, some of us did vote for her, some of us were just outnumbered, and most of all, NH IS a DIVIDED state. So for me, I did what I could in my small part of world and voted for Democrats/liberals, and wouldnt you know it, it was enough to put Obama into office. So please do not blame all of the people in NH who voted, and remember that the people who did vote for her, may have been duped. It is NOT the first time, nor will it be the last that politicians have lied to garner a following.

      I'M FROM THE TOWN JUST WEST OF WHERE NANCY ELLIOT REPRESENTS… and the statement that she is an elected official & her perspectives are a true reflection of the people is not 100% true. Do you know how many State Reps are in NH??? It's one of the largest legislative bodies IN THE WORLD. The town of Merrimack (which she represents) has approx. 25,000 residents and has 8 state reps., MEANING IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO GET ELECTED TO HER POSITION …probably easier to be elected as a State Rep than it is to get elected as the Merrimack High prom queen. Usually there are about 10-15 people running in the election for State Rep positions, so there are only a few people WHO DO NOT get the seat they're running for. It's as if all you have to do is put your name in the hat, and the odds are in your favor to get elected. So scary how easily a nut case can get a position of power in New Hampshire.
