An interior designer has slapped Anderson Cooper with a lawsuit after she fell through a hole in the NYC firehouse Cooper is transforming into his home!
According to the legal docs, 29-year-old Killan O'Brien says she fell "through an uncovered and unguarded floor opening approximately seventeen feet to the floor below".
Awful!
"She's lucky she's alive," said O'Brien's lawyer.
No kidding!
The firehouse, which was build in 1906, was snatched up by the CNN anchor back in September for $4.3 million to convert into a luxurious NYC home.

No need to give up on a 100+ year old building just because someone was careless. When dealing with that kind of fixer the utmost caution needs to be taken- obviously the interior designer didn't do that. It's not Anderson's fault. It's not the buildings fault.

Logic 101: Killan O'Brien's job is Mr. Cooper's interior designer, which presumes that she is working with Mr. Cooper's architect as well. Maybe I'm missing something here, but it is THEIR job to make Mr. Cooper's firehouse habitable as a residence. Therefore, she should be suing herself, or the architect, but certainly not their client, not Mr. Cooper. Are people really this stupid?
