Now that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have reemerged in public, they're not letting a silly thing like having nothing of significance to talk about keep them from yapping!
Heidi seems to think that we should feel sorry for her conscious decision to have ten plastic surgery procedures done in one sitting and is bitching about the pain.
"The worst pain was actually my ears. I didn't know that was the most painful process and feature."
