Leonardo DiCaprio and model girlfriend Bar Rafaeli were spotted at the Grill Royal restaurant in Berlin yesterday, supposedly after he proposed to her earlier that night!

There have been engagement rumors about Leo for YEARS, we wonder if it's finally true and he's ready to settle down?

      nope, I don't think so. I think if he gave Bar a ring it would be huge, and there would be a real announcement. She's done this before…wore a ring to make it SEEM like they are engaged. Anyway, hope not, I think she is horrible. Also, it wont work anyway. If he marries that little shitbird I'll just never watch his movies again! Off my Xmas list !

      Leo can have kids until he is like 80. Strom Thurmond proved that, as well as Tony Marshall, Robert Duvall, Anthony Quinn and Warren Beatty. Warren married when he was 50, (and most of the fun was over) and has stayed pretty much married. The one thing is that yes, he is too old to be dating 20 year olds…..(never stopped James Woods for one, or Mickey Rourke) in a seemly manner….but there are like 8 million women HIS OWN AGE who would LOVE TO. (self included) There are a ton of 30ish ladies out there who just would not care and would erase Bar of their windshield in a minute.

      i have read at an Israeli site that he indeed ask her to marry him, but that she's got 1 condition: he has to convert to judaism!!! especially her family wants him to convert. it would be a reform conversion. so that's not that strict.
