Mischa Barton was spotted yesterday smoking a suspicious looking hand-rolled cigarette, which if we know our Mush Mush, was probably a big fat doobie!

She was seen in her big old Cadillac convertible, even driving over an enormous curb, before parking and doing what appeared to be smoking up with an unidentified man.

As you recall Mushy was arrested for a DUI in 2007 and put on a psychiatric hold just last year.

Looks like she's back to her old tricks!

haha, P got this from 30 mile zone, only 2 hours after they posted it… hilarious. However, their story works– because they have the photographic evidence… no wonder Perez's c/p didn't make sense

I don't really care what people do in their own homes, but when their actions can affect others (like the driving public, duh Mischa), that's different. I hope they put her in jail for a week.
