"Since 1996, New Hope for Kids has been helping Central Florida children in need. Our purpose is to bring hope, healing and happiness to children and families suffering from grief, loss or life-threatening illnesses. New Hope for Kids achieves this through two programs:
The Center for Grieving Children helps children and families cope with the feelings of grief and loss after the death of a loved one.
Children’s Wish grants wishes to children, ages 3-18, diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
Funding comes primarily through charitable donations by individuals, corporations, foundations and community service organizations in Central Florida. No funding is received from government agencies or the United Way. New Hope for Kids is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
Over 90 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to program services.
New Hope for Kids is governed by a volunteer board of directors from the Central Florida community. David C. Joswick, serves as the Executive Director. He is known in the Central Florida community as an advocate of children, focusing on the difficulties associated with grief and loss."

my question is how does he come up with these ? our daughter is a very special special needs child needing some things like a bath chair and we cannot afford alot of the stuff so im wondering how people can donate to chelsea's charity…or even to preemies where she was born…they saved her life when she was born at less then 2 pounds…now she is hearing and visually impaired but one of the happiest babies ive ever seen…so how does he come up with these charities
This is an amazing place. Thanks for promoting it. I work in the local schools and have seen the help many children have received.
