Jon Gosselin And TLC Settle Suit!

That was fast!
"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation. All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC,” said the network in a statement.
It was relatively painless! We're so disappointed!
TLC sued Jon for breach of contract and won a preliminary injunction against him, but sources say that the d-bag couldn't afford the legal expenses that would be required for a lengthy trial. And unforntutely, TLC wasn't out for blood!
Now, his kiddies are free to be exploited filmed and the network has a new show featuring Kate in development.

I used to watch the show, but seeing Kate treating Jon like crap made me mad, she's so O.C.D. that ugh! Having one show with an O.C.D. character is enough. My sister did the same to her hubby now she's a single mom. Will not watch her show, her new hair makes me laugh.

spellcheck time -do you bother reading what you copy and post???? nope… anyhoo-no sense in being out for blood, it would just be taking it away from the kids, and tlc is not like that. And when did they exploit the kids? are the kids' faces all over lunch boxes? on t-shirts? on a 50 state tour like the 'smuckers gosselin kids on ice?. NO! They are filmed a few xs a week for a few hours and they have gone amazing places. Places their asses would have never seen if their mother was working one day a week as a nurse and father as a $50k IT smuk. As they are getting older, they will have to be filmed less anyway, with school and other things, like friends, sports, etc. IF TLC wants to use the kids in the show. They have now 2 (TWO) sets of septuplets on tv since the idiot pulled them. (guess jon never googled septuplet facts did he?). So, maybe tlc will just use kate and leave jon moaning on the fact that he is soooo unemployable on the sidelines. Whatever, and guess what Mario? whatever they do, just don't turn them on if it bothers you so much.
Again, why were these kids exploited? If I had that many kids and someone offered me the chance to have a show that would let them see places we could not afford and give me money so they could go to college (which kate does have college funds for them), I would jump at it. Matter of fact, if tlc wants to film 2 teenage brats, here they are. I could never afford 75% of the places the gosselins go. I am jealous. tummy tuck, my husband gets hair. etc

Those kids got sold out by both parents, one time together and one time separately. That's three sell-outs in their young lives. Wait about 10 years and you'll be hearing about "plus eight" for a whole different reason than they're on a supposedly warm and fuzzy family show.

You are so on target about giving Kate her own show and let Jon sit and watch and remember all of the Big Bucks that he use to get and now is no longer getting. Hey Jon, remember when you walked out on Kate and the kids, took all the money that you could, cheated with any whore that would lay down with your 3 inch dick, bit the hand that feed you and your children, and stopped all in-flow of cash to your family by stopping TLC from filming because they wanted to drop your ass because you showed what a scumbag you really were. Now, when it benefits YOU, all at once, you say it is O.K. to film again. You really are nothing but a real PIG!
