Jane Fonda Went Back Under The Knife, Gets Haircut To "Distract"

At 72-years-old, Jane Fonda is still looking gorgeous as ever. Though she does admit to getting some help from her doctors.
And with filming for her planned fitness DVD set to start next month, she wanted to make sure she looked extra good.
So a few weeks ago, Fonda headed under the knife to get rid of some "wrinkles."
Though she tried to play off her new look by getting a new haircut. Fonda jokes:
"I just had some work done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be a good idea to get a new haircut so people will think it's my new hair."
What do U think, should Fonda continue going under the knife? Or should she stop at her age?

First, I think she looks great, and as long as she can afford it, there is nothing wrong with her, getting a little nip tuck here and there
She's had pretty good surgery, and looks really good. Her surgery has been pretty appropriate, too. It doesn't bother me, like that plastic Heidi chick with her surgery at 23 or whatever.

For a 72 year old woman to get a little "freshening up" is understandable. Especially since she does it so nicely. It's a lot different from these young women who are addicted to plastic surgery and end up looking like clowns. I have always been a Jane Fonda fan. I once met her and was surprised at how tiny she is. She isn't as short as Natalie Protman, but she isn't a real tall, large woman either.
I think she looks cool. I just think for her AGE that was wrong to do. But I guess it's Hollywood, so I can't have no say in people nowadays.

I hate her as much now, as I did, while waching this traitor on the nightly news, so many decades ago.
She's still blacklisted on our television at home. Same with my brother. Her statement negatively impacted the lives of John McCain and other POW's. On this particular issue, I salute John MCain and he is a hero.

I could care less about this woman. She does not belong in Hollywood anymore, she's old news. I do think what she's doing is stupid. She's doing a fitness DVD?! I am currently LMFAOing, that is just really funny. Next thing you know, she's going admit she got work on her stomach too.

If age-appropriate surgery exists then she's got it. Not sure. Don't like the idea myself but then don't have to see myself on film or in photos all the time. One facelift after 40 might pass with me. Altering your entire look for a passing phase, not so much. May be I like fine lines?

Geez, people! Lighten up. It was a major blunder. A HUGE, lame blunder, but it was 40 years ago, for God's sake! America the formalized normalization of diplomatic relations with Vietnam FIFTEEN years ago (now THAT should piss you off) Glad you never made a mistake in your lifetime. I think if you want to go under the knife at 72 or if you want to turn yourself into a wax figure in your 20's, you have the right to do it. (I think Jane looks amazing, don't know how beautiful inside, but gorgeous outside) That's why we live in AMERICA. Now, when people are free to choose their life mate, and smoke natural substances in the privacy of their own home, we will be closer to having the basic rights our brave soldiers fought so gallantly for our brothers and sisters in other countries to have. Just my humble opinion.

I remember seeing her movie, "Barefoot in the Park", in a Manhattan theater in 1967. She and Robert Redford were both breathtakingly beautiful. She still looks great. It's a pity she walked such a dangerous and losing idealogical path.
At her age? Would you say that if it was Harrison Ford?? She's had good work done and looks great.

Jane does look good, I heard her say on tv awhile back that she wanted to be the "face of the older woman in America." Apparently that didn't work out for her. It seems that it was just another transparent if not plastic publicity ploy.

The good plastic surgeons will tell you no and will refuse to perform it…I know, I was turned down by one of the best here in Dallas. He said 49 is too young for this, come back at 55 or so, you'll want want it then too. He was right, I did. I look great.
- The pain is horrifying when you first come out from under. You really know that someone has sliced off your face and sewed it back on. One week later, you're glad you did it when you see yourself looking younger. I will probably not get another one done.

Forty years have passed, and the world has evolved since their incarceration, so what? They don't get pardons "just because", and her actions should not be forgotten nor forgiven "just because".
