Joan Collins Back On TV

At 76-years-old, Joan Collins is still landing acting jobs.
This time around, the former Dynasty star will again be appearing in a soap opera.
A German soap opera though.
Collins will appear on Verbotene Liebe, which translates into Forbidden Love, and she'll be playing an English aristocrat.
And no, she won't have to worry about speaking in German as producers have her set to speak her lines in English.
Filming will begin next week with her episode airing later in April.
Can't wait to catch her performance online!

Joan is the quintessential English woman. Dark hair, white skin, very beautiful. Very refined with a quick, dry, biting whit. She basically represents the vast majority of caucasion females here in America if they would get on the ball and embrace their heritage.

Some of you can be reallly rotten…..so what is wrong with Joan Collins continuing to work, staying active and pay taxes? Some of your comments are really nasty……at 76, a lot of people can't even walk let alone work…..so why are you so mean?? I think it's fantastic that someone wants to continue to contribute, make their own living and try to remain vital. AND she looks better than any other 76 year old I've seen. Grow the fuck up people.

Ahhhh, now that's what I like to hear….something constructive…..but don't forget, that photo was taken during a runway show where she may have been wearing more than her normal amount of makeup (as is needed for runway shows)….sorry if I offended BUT, there were some pretty nasty and mean-spirited comments prior……and I really dislike the "ageism" in North America……always some cracks about someones age…….I guess some of the youth think that after 50 we should all put a bullet between our eyes…..or crawl in a hole and die….I just hate that attitude…..in Europe and Asia, age is respected but in North America it is seen as a bad thing….like people have nothing left to offer past 50……I'm only in my 40's but I respect older people who are still vital, who still have something to offer, who are still active….it just bugs me more people don't value that like I do.
