Chuck E. Cheese Getting Sued!
And for once, it wasn't the fault of some lunatic!
Reyna Mason is suing CEC Entertainment, the parent company to Chuck E. Cheese, after she was allegedly hit by a hockey puck.
In February last year, she was just minding her own business while eating pizza with her 9-year old son and his friend when she claims to have been struck in the side of the head by a puck that flew from an air hockey table.
Mason is complaining of memory loss, dizziness and difficulties with her speech after suffering a concussion at the children's party venue in Skokie, a wealthy Chicago suburb.
Apparently, the puck was not the usual plastic disk used for the game, but a professional hockey puck!
She is suing for more than $50,000.
Wowsa! Seems pretty legit considering she could probably sue for a lot more!

why $50k, because she does not have the puck according to the post and a 'professional' hockey puck is not used for the game, meaning someone brought it with them. and it 'disappeared' AMAZING. so she describes it as yellow heaving type thing, but does not have. SO, it might not have been part of the game, which is what I am sure chuck e. is going to show. going to show that some wild kid just pitched something her way and knocked some sense either in or out of her. probably wasn't even a puck, why would chuck e even have something like that at there where a kid can be a wild out of control kid?

An actual hockey puck would NOT move on an air hockey table so for her to even try to say that Chuck E Cheeses is responsible is retarded. Someone's kid must've brought the puck in with them & was playing around with it when she got hit & even then I seriously doubt the hit was enough to cause everything she's claiming she's suffering from. Maybe her kid & his friend were the ones who threw it at her. Or maybe her hubby is beating her ass at home. I do not think that Chuck E Cheeses is not to blame.

I play air hockey all the time, and it generally flies off the table but it goes like 2 feet and then drops, Its safe to say they dont put tables near any of the games..So it would of literally had to fly 10-20 feet to hit in the head, and even then..something hitting u in the head hard enough to cause dizziness/loss of memory? PLEASE.

I know that Chuck E Cheeses this woman was at. It's in a decent strip mall. A somewhat good crowd goes there as it caters to all types as it neighbors some wealthy-ish areas (Sauganash, Park Ridge, Lincolnwood, etc).
