Well, already Heidi has made mention that she wants to return under the knife and when she goes, she might not be alone! A friend of Franken-Heidi says that her hubby, Spencer Pratt, is looking to have some plastic surgery too!
And just listen to what he wants!
According to the friend, who spoke to Star Magazine about the couple's obsession with plastic surgery, Spencer is looking into "lipo, chest implants and a nose job."
Ugh! We think you are both taking this too far now! All of this time, money, and pain just to maintain a minimal level of celebrity, so not worth it.

Do you really want to look the male version of barbie?? If you have the money to have the surgery, put the money towards her having surgery so she looks normal!!!
I think Heidi looks so pretty after her surgery and so much better. If thats what she wants then she should do it and everyone has to admit she looks AMAZING! Any girls who say otherwise are just jelous
