Oh no Oh Yes!!!
In a spectacular turn events during the 1,000-meter short track Olympic speed skate race this weekend, Apolo Anton Ohno won his seventh career medal, making him the most decorated U.S. Winter Olympian ever!
During the race, Apolo spent much of the competition in the back of the pack. When he started to make his move for second place, a slip on a turn sent him right back to the end of the line. But somehow, Ohno took the last few laps to get himself back into medal position and he went home with the Bronze!
Victory! Congrats Apolo!

i can understand why this is posted two days late. if he posted it too soon then people who recorded the olympics would be pissed that he gave the results.
I do not understand why u are always so far behind on the news! So many of your post are a few days after everyone else. Apolo Ohno is a good skater but does not have any golds in this Olympics. He only has two golds over all. Not sure why they award second and third place finishers. You still lost the event if you did not come in first.

This guy was made for TV. Every race, every trial he was in was the most entertaining to watch. Sad about JR and hopefully there are more races for him since he's a little mini Apolo but congratulations Apolo, FANTASTIC JOB!

Re: West Coast Bitch – Yes he does have a gold medal, from the 500 meters in Torino. Unless you were referring to these games only, in which no, he hasn't won a gold. But for anyone who didn't know, he does in fact have an Olympic gold medal in his collection of many.

You're kinda late on this but it's okay because I love Apolo Ohno and i love that you put the classic "Oh no Oh YES!" line. He's still #1 even with 2 gold, 2 silver, & recently winning his 3rd bronze. he's not done with the Olympics yet. he still has i think either 1 or 2 events left so we all know there's gonna be more medals to come… probably a gold.

It was actually a push from the Canadian skater which made him lose his footing and slow down for a second before swooping in to take the bronze
