Brooke Mueller, the wife of Charlie Sheen, has reportedly PEACED OUT of rehab because a staff member at The Canyon in Malibu leaked her admissions documents to various media outlets, which detailed the specifics reasons for treatment!
So much for feeling safe and comfortable when you're at your absolute lowest!
The facility is conducting an investigation to figure out who was the sneaky rat and Brooke is currently at home in El Lay and looking for a new treatment center.

Hang in there Brooke. I have kept clean since October 11, 1998 and never looked back. It's hard in the beginning then gets easier as time goes on. By now I rarely think about taking anything and if so it passes in a flash. You have a beautiful family and alot of great time ahead of you if you can get off of whatever you're addicted to one day at a time. It turns into a lifetime before you know it.
