Mamma Cowell Weighs In On Simon's Lady!!
Has Simon Cowell's snarky little heart finally been softened by his new lady love??
According to his 84 year old mother, Julie, the answer is YES.
She recently talked about how the grinch of American Idol's heart grew three sizes the day he met Mezhgan Hussainy:
"I knew it was serious when Simon said he had something important to tell me. He has always insisted, 'I'm fine as I am, mother. I'm not going to get committed to a marriage and I certainly don't want children.' I used to reply, 'You don't know, you've never had them.' Mezhgan is absolutely lovely. She's very pretty with a gorgeous figure, too. I've met her before, of course, at Simon's shows, but only recently did I spend time with her as Simon's new girlfriend."
He even took the two main broads in his life to the musical Jersey Boys for some bonding time!!
"We sat at a discreet corner table and Simon held hands with her most of the evening. I couldn't believe it when I saw him. He looks exceptionally happy and there is such a glow about him. I thought, my goodness me, he's had to reach 50 to reach this stage. I think turning 50 has made him reassess his life."
