Snoop Dog Battles It Out With United Kingdom For Entry!!

wenn2686548jb.jpg

This seems COMPLETELY ridiculous!!

Rapper Snoop Dog has not been allowed in the UK since a 2006 scuffle in Heathrow Airport when the rapper was told that his 30+ member entourage would not be allowed to all chill out in the first-class lounge during a lay-over.

Snoop used what he admitted to being 'colorful' language, police detained the rapper and members of his posse overnight and they were let off with a warning.

Since then, Snoop Dog has been unable to enter UK, and he's had enough!!

Border officials claim that because of his criminal history, which include drug and weapons convictions, he is a safety threat, but while these types of disputes normally last only months, it still hasn't resolved itself in FOUR YEARS with the rapper, despite numerous appeals that have subsequently been DENIED.

Just for running his mouth off? Seriously!!?

Whoa, we think someone has some bizarre grudge and are keeping everyone else's hands tied!

That makes NO sense!!

Brent Smith of William Morris Endeavor Entertainment LLC claims:

"Snoop has missed out on several arena tour opportunities, many TV and festival opportunities, as well as a few proposed charity events…And now the U.K. taxpayer is financing the court appeals."

After years of legal battling, the UK Asylum and Immigration Tribunal will make a ruling on the case and hopefully end it!!

Good luck!!

What do U think?? Should Snoop be allowed in the UK??

With Pete Doherty/Amy Winehouse/Kate Moss out walking (laying on) the streets, Snoop is the least of their problems…

    2. 2

Actually this is how it works in many countries. If you are a guest in a foreign country you are expected to act in a certain way with respect. This thug thing only works in the USA, and it's a shame.

    3. 3

      YES HE SHOULD
AND HE SHOULD STAY OVER THERE FOR GOOD
I MEAN MUSIC BELONGS TO QUEEN GAGA
HIS MUSIC CAREER IS OVER HERE IN THE U.S

    4. 4

SNOOP DOGG IS TRYING TO CHANEL LADY GAGA WITH HIS GLASSES
      BUT HE FAILS

    5. 5

SNOOP DOGG WISHES HE COULD BE AS TALENTED AS LADY GAGA BUT HE CANT BECAUSE RAP SUCKS

    6. 6

This is what we should do to everyone who is trying to get into out country that has been arrested with gun and drug charges! The Uk obviously has their shit on lock unlike the US

    7. 7

HE SUCKS GO TO THE UK

    8. 8

i love snoop but let's be honest, here in the US they don't let you in or even approve your visa for less than that, i have been living in the mexican border for years and officials can be jerks when it comes about giving you a permit to travel, even when you're only going shopping, etc.

my point is, why do the UK authorities should let him in? just because he is a celebrity? if he did something wrong, he shouldn't be treated any different.

    9. 9

      absoultey.. this is just nuts!!

    10. 10

Why doesn't he ask Hilary Clinton to help him out…ha ha. Or, Princes Harry and William are probably fans of his…hello!!

    11. 11

I'm sorry we allow him in the USA. What a bad roll model for any kid.

    12. 12

Seriously, the only American that we can do without is Pedoze Hilton.

    13. 13

Re: LadyGagaQueenOfMusic – we get it, SHUT THE FUCK UP

    14. 14

Why should they let him in? He doesn't just have a problem w. his language, he's been linked to murder (although not convicted) plus teh rest of his criminal resume.

The US did the same thing to old school rapper Slick Rick. Although he grew up and lived in NY, he was born in England and he screwed up here in the US and served 5 years for a shooting and was deported back to England and it was years before he could return. It is what it is.

I have a problem locating the mysterious reason why Snoop and entourage weren't allowed into the snooty first class area. They are indidiously class conscious to a stupid extreme, unlike America, and I might have said something, too. On the other hand, felon convictions keep a lot of people out of a lot of countries; not just entertainers who are losing lucrative financial opportunities. I'm glad he's taking a shot at fighting it with the appeal. May the best crook win.

    16. 16

Being southamerican myself, i've gone through SHIT when going on freaking vacations to England, Europe in general and Canada (havent even bothered to apply for a tourist visa to the states)
Luckily i've been able to go through it and finally enjoying my vacations, but being a 28 year old woman with no criminal record whatsoever, acceptable financial status (which is a retarded reason to deny someone's entrance to any country if you ask me), a university degree that i can't use in any other country other than my own without going through special testings (which also shouldnt be a reason to deny someone's entrance if someone doesnt have one) and no intention to stay longer than the period granted, work ilegally or scrub anyone's toilet, i think it's only FAIR that someone with a criminal record encounters difficulties when trying to enter the UK. And i am a Snoop fan

    17. 17

They should all just light up a fatty and eat some chicken and waffles together.

    18. 18

Well lets see, he was rude and abusive to the airport personnel. He has a bad criminal history. Sounds good enough to me.

Fuckin', 'eh, man! They let Keef Richards go back an' forth, entering at will, and he's been like mummified in illegal drugs and is out and damn proud of it.
And Keef and other famous peeps pack.

What's the jones on about Snoop, man?

C'mon, Britain. You're now pretty much a third world nation slowly sinking into the muck and mire of Muslim, Indian, etc. sewage and you're balking at one of the USA's greatest wordsmiths?!?

Get over yourselves, Britain. Make the queen and her fambuhly work real jobs for a living and take the billions they get every year and turn your fucking shithole nation around instead of worrying about some rapper.

      Fuckin' limeys.

    20. 20

This is actually fairly typical. Some members of the Beatles had issues travelling to certain countries due to their drug busts. Nothing new here.

    21. 21

go listen to some snoop, so you can at least spell his name correctly.

Pft… I wouldn't let him in either. Weapons Charge. Drug charges. A huge sense of entitlement.

    24. 24

Yeah he's “gansta” and does drugs so does half the people in the UK!
I love Snoop and his music is great! Why deprive the UK people of him.
After all this drama of him entering, I don't think he's gonna scew up there.
They'll prob have cops and media on him contently :)

      Ban him from the US,too…hehe…deport to ( I don´t know) where…Papua New Guinea …that´s a lovely place…

      US citizen,damn

    26. 26

Um there's something you American's don't quite get. We don't walk around with guns strapped to our waist…we don't take out our shock guns for a good laugh on the weekend - we don't tolerate it. Why would we allow Snoop Dogg in just because he's famous? I don't think so sweety.

    27. 27

Colorful language keeps you out of the U.K.?! Wow… It's not like he had his weapons and drugs on him at that time… Get over it, U.K…move on…let the guy back in… At least give him a second chance…It'd be different if he repeatedly committed the same "crimes" there…and for Christ's sake…he was let off with a warning!!! He wasn't ARRESTED!!! OMG…

    28. 28

Did he think about the consequneces of his actions while he was breaking the law? He's made his bed he can lie in it. It serves him right. Does he think thta he's above the law.
What kind of example do you think he's setting? He can break the law. He's been found guilty for the same crime twice. Stay out of Britain and stick your guns where the sun doesn't shine!

    29. 29

yeah but kate moss, amy winehouse etc. has nationality of Uk.
but anyway this is stupid, snoop ain't terrorist, maybe he has had some drug things, but who hasn't in UK?:D BUT USA would do exactly the same thing..

    30. 30

If I cant get on a plane to america with nail clippers in my bag he shouldnt be allowed here with drug and weapons convictions

    31. 31

Wow - I hope to God that Rasputin is never let in the UK:
      - the UK prefers not to let criminals into their country (so does the US)
      - the queen does not receive 'billions' a year - in fact the royal household is less expensive than your president (and, regardless of your own uneducated belief, both the Queen and President are 'Heads of State')
      - Finally, if a British citizen threw a hissy fit at US security in an airport they'd probably be arrested
      Rasputin's Liver - you're a retard

    32. 32

No, dude shouldn't even be allowed out of the states!

    33. 33

      Re: erased_citizen – I concur.

    34. 34

      Re: Narcoleptic_Sleep_Around
May i just point out that you have all conveniently forgot the massive rampage that you all went out about a certain group that wanted to play at the stupid oh sorry i mean super bowl. He wasnt convicted either and yet you didnt want him in your country.

Also want to agree with you Re: erased_citizen – You are brilliant and i am glad that you put that moron in his place!!!

    35. 35

……typical american, thinking you can go anywhere in the world and disrespect other people's countries……by the way who the hell would want to accomodate his lowlife 30 member entourage in their vip lounge…economy is even too good.

    36. 36

      if I lived there I wouldn't give a shit

    37. 37

ONCE again Balcklily. SAID IT ALL! :P LMAO Stupid UK dont be like the US lol!

    38. 38

Re: christianloken – I agree with you Americans were started from Britain sending over ANY Criminal or Mentally sick person or anyone locked away that HAD to just VANISH ! And WE STILL have allot of that same mind concept in how we TREAT people/ talk/ carry ourselves America seriously needs help but they are to blind to see it. I hate being born and raised here I would give anything to be somewhere else / hell anywhere else but here. I dont think he should have admittance he is a criminal and shit NOW I WANT TO go there.

    39. 39

WOW after looking at Snoops background I recount my first comment he shouldnt be ALLOWED! You cant go to another country and totally disrespect them and their rules and pretty much spit in their faces. Snoop should have been much more respectable and continue to be respectful when traveling anywhere else. Hopefully he is learning something from this and realizing his actions may not have been the best.

    40. 40

Ha Ha! I hope the UK keeps this degenerate pig out of their country. Next we will there this moron start screeching RACISM! Boo Hoo!

just because hes famous doesnt mean he should be treated any better / worse. personaly i think it should be a free world, wjere you can go where you want, but how likely is that.

    42. 42

Sorry but when you live in America, the hardest country in the world to get a Visa to even visit you can't talk.

    43. 43

there are far more threatening/dangerous people in this country, i doubt snoop is the biggest problem

    44. 44

Re: Godess115 – yep ive seen lots of people born in the uk who moved to america then got deported back

    45. 45

It's a shame if they don't let Snoopaloop back to the Uk but it's not because of his previous convictions in the US it is if y'all remember cos there was a brilliant and epic 'fracas' or 'mini riot' between him and the uk police on his last visit to Heathrow when some of his massive posse who were travelling 'coach' were denied entry to the VIP lounge… and I quote
here were all these huge, 20-stone men smashing up display cabinets and throwing people around. I saw Snoop Dogg on the ground with four riot police trying to put him in handcuffs. His minders were throwing bottles at people. There were 15 riot vans and eight police cars outside, with dog sniffer units. They were throwing the policemen around like pillows. Then, the police used pepper spray on them.”
Some funny shit… I think the police dog unit must have love for snoop cos there are not a lot of folk that can get away with starting a mini riot in departures and firing duty free spirit bottles at the police one of who broke his wrist it was an awesome 20min standoff (which I would have loved to witness).
So I say let him back in case I happen to be in the airport that day. but if any of us were to try it I doubt we would be were bailed in a few of hours and get away with only a lifetime BA ban. They must love Snoop. Not being allowed to fly BA is hardly a punishment. I doubt he'll be welcome in the duty free shop though. lol
