Heroes Star Pleads Not Guilty To DUI!

Adrian Pasdar of Heroes fame was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence back in January after being pulled over while speeding in El Lay and failing a field sobriety test.
And he's actually pleading NOT guilty to the misdemeanor!
The actor, married to Dixie Chick Natalie Maines, faces up to six months in the slammer and $1000 fine if convicted.
Best of luck, buddy — but we think you might be screwed!

if a policeman says you were drunk while driving then you were ;p the court will always side with the policeman because the police never tell lies! and they are always right! also when you plead guilty and lose you pay a bigger fine! this is to deter you from arguing against the police because the police are always right and you will lose… o wait he has lots of money… he can probably get one of the OJ lawyers… hmmm… so yeah what i orginally said EXCEPT you MIGHT win if you pay for enough legal representation to either confuse the judge/jury or you wear enough eyeliner which you should proceed to dampen till smudgey and wear a sad pout during your mugshot, make sure its distrbuted to national newspapers then get your dad to bribe the police station with a large 'donation' and have your DR come in and explain your 'private and embarassing medical condition' which stops you from being able to serve more than 12 hours behind bars or any length of time away from a luxurious and pampered lifestyle…
