Yea, she is a threat to GaGa because Tik Tok was number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and totally blocked Bad Romance from ever achieving the top spot. Now it's on its way out and too late, so Lady GaGa didn't manage to get her single to hit #1 because people liked Tik Tok more.

Say what you want about her looks, (I think she's hot) but I definitely don't think she's had any work done.
