not everyone who believes in G-d is a Christian. There are other religions so I totally agree with you that Jesus was no son of G-d. Maybe before you go quoting the bible, you should thoroughly study other religions as well. Christianity stems from Judaism, and in Judaism, the bible is just part of the code of law. It cannot be studied without the oral tradition. Every word, every letter in the bible has a deeper meaning way beyond the English translation in the old testament which can only be studied using oral law, which is very complex and can only be taught by a learned Rabbi.

BTW - I'm an atheist and think religion is ridiculous but just because she ascribes certain beliefs to her Christianity doesn't mean she shares ALL views with everyone else who considers themselves a Christian. That'd be impossible no 2 Christians (or Jews/Muslims/Buddhists/Sikhs etc) interpret their fairy stories in the same way.
