Thom Yorke's Side Project Announces Tour
Exciting exciting!
Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke is going on tour with his side project, and it sounds AWESOME!
The band, called Atoms For Peace, is comprised of Flea, Nigel Godrich, Mauro Refosco, and Joey Waronker, all of whom contributed on Yorke's solo album The Eraser.
Yorke says:
“ok so in April the other band.. that i got together to do the eraser and other stuff u know .. Mauro, Flea, Me, Joey and Nigel is going back out to do some shows in the US.. ending with playing with Coachella. we had too much fun to just leave it there…it has been decided that we call ourselves Atoms For Peace. hope you like the name.. it seemed bleedin' obvious.”
If you're unfamiliar, Atoms For Peace is also the name of a track off of The Eraser.
They will play eight shows before they hit the Coachella Music Festival in April.
We definitely can't wait to check them out!!

Well here's something I actually don't hate. Radiohead is the best fucking band, and Thom's talent is a huge part of it. Wow, someone with actual musical talent, finally. Hey, maybe he'll lip-synch, or use auto-tune, or make 15 costume changes, or throw a tantrum backstage, just like all the shitty "performers" that YOU like ha ha. Doubt it….

For your information NONE of the band members contributed ANYTHING to The Eraser. It was written and recorded by Thom alone. Stick to your trash taste and stop pretending that you know anything about serious music.

For your information, swany188, Nigel Godrich PRODUCED The Eraser and is just as responsible for Radiohead AND Thom's sound as Thom and the rest of the boys. Maybe YOU should stop pretending you know anything about "serious music"?
