Glambert Admits To "Experimenting" With Drugs
Adam Lambert once dabbled in drugs????

Regardless, the Idol alum is speaking extremely candidly about his past drug use with the media opposed to pretending that part of his life never occurred!
Says Glambert:
I went wild and I was experimenting with certain substances… At 26 I started running with hippies, going to underground events, I was really drawn to that crowd, everyone embraced each other’s differences. It didn’t get to the stage where it ruined my life or where it was anything too serious but it was definitely something I tried.
There are certain drugs out there that are really fun and recreational and can mean a good time. I’m not an advocate for drugs but it is all rock and roll and we are all adults.

fucking junkies… get high on life. life is tough, tough shit. man or woman up and deal with it. drugs are an escape, a temporary one that does nothing positive for anyone in the short or long term. the lackadaisacal attitude of parents and the go along to get along to be accepted mentality is what draws people into this mess. watch intervention on a and e sometimes, and tell me drugs are fun, and cool, and no big deal. lambert is just stupid, and reckless, and has no class or character whatsoever. if his ass gets caught up again, and back on that shit, i ain't feeling sorry for his ass at all. rock and roll!!

The last thing you should do is be honest. Come on! To have tried drugs is not the worst thing in the world, and "running with hippies" probably just means pot! WE ALL SMOKE POT one in a while, and if you don't, then stop judging…
Glambert should come to Europe! American morals are to narrow for him, we'll welcome him with open arms… and a warm bed if he's in the mood
NOT a responsible comment; every SINGLE addict I've ever known has said that they can handle it, don't do enough to mess up their lives, etc etc. Being an adult doesn't mean that endorsing drugs as a "good time" is okay. For addicts, you're addicted from DAY ONE and it's only how far your disease has progressed that shows how "functional" you are. I really like Lambert but he needs to get a bit more media savvy. Lady Gaga spreading messages of women taking charge of their sexual lives and using condoms = awesome. He could take a lesson.
I don’t agree with the message he is sharing with his fans. I’ve seen people "experiment with drugs" next thing you know a year passes, and there selling there kids possessions just so they can get high again. Its very sad and a dangerous thing to get into you shouldn’t mess with the human mind.

Gives me more respect for him with his honesty. There are a ton of well adjusted people that have dabbled or experimented. I don't understand why trying drugs can demonize some people. Kudos to Glambert!! I wasn't a fan - but I think I'm becoming one!
