New Texting App Would Have Saved Tiger Woods A Lot Of Trouble!!

HA!

We bet Tiger Woods would have LOVED this application!!

A California start-up is launching a new iPhone application called TigerText that allows people to erase text messages after they have been sent out!!

When one recieves the text, they are prompted to download the TigerText application for free in order to read the message, which apparently isn't sent to the recipient's iPhone, but hosted on the company's servers and can be erased whenever the sender wishes.

Sent messages can be deleted on command, or set to automatically vanish after a specific period OR immediately after reading. They also cannot be saved, copied, or forwarded.

CRAZY!!

Jeffrey Evans, Founder of X Sigma Parters, the company behind TigerText, says:

"Tigers are notoriously difficult animals to track. TigerTexts are difficult to track as well. Ninety-nine percent of what people want to keep private has nothing to do with cheating on a spouse or doing anything illegal. How many times have you sent someone a text message and told them after they read it to delete it? Text messages are conversations with another person; the problem is they live forever. I thought it would be great if messages would self-destruct in 60 seconds…When the message is gone from us, it's gone."

In a HIGHlarious case of irony, the application was apparently named before all of Tiger's nasty little texts were leaked to the press.

Evans says:

"I understand part of the reason people want to talk about it today is because of the name but this is not about people trying to cheat. If you send a private text message it should stay private."

WHATEVS! Don't knock the correlation to the golfing douchebag, that coincidence ALONE is going to be selling your product like crazy! Run with it, guys!!

What do U think?? Will U be downloading TigerText for all your sneaky texting needs??

You know, it's not that difficult to just delete a text right after you send or receive one… I don't think Tiger really cared who saw his texts.

uhm, maybe he should have not texted to begin with. how about going back to the old fashioned phone call, no message, private #, No name, no #. or how about not having affairs with 14+ whores?

      LOL @ the caption, Perez.

And, yes, this new app. is some crazy shiz!…

Jeffrey Evans is clearly a douchebag trying to cash in on a very tacky — and unnecessary — application at the expense of Tiger Woods. OF COURSE YOU, Parasite, would encourage that kind of lowness; it's because you too are a douchebag.

or…you could just delete the text message yourself after you read it? every phone has a goddamn delete button. some people are so stupid/lazy

    11. 11

The application deletes the message from the phone of the person you sent it to so that whatever gold digging whore you are sleeping with cannot save it and blackmail you with it later. Read the article properly people

Re: megsiemoo – Well, on the iPhone, one can do a screen-capture which saves an image of anything you're viewing on your screen. The text message, in essence, can be saved and displayed for viewing.
