Sir Paul McCartney Announces New Solo Tour!!

This is going to be FANTASTIC!
Sir Paul McCartney will be performing his first ever SOLO stadium tour in the UK this summer!!
The Beatles legend, who is effing 67, will also be headlining Hard Rock Calling, and then the Isle of Wight music festival with Jay-Z and The Strokes!!!
A source says:
"It is really amazing for a man of his age to embark on such a grueling, massive tour. Put simply, these will be his biggest ever shows in Britain. So, really, it just shows what great shape he is in."
McCartney says:
"It's always brilliant to play for the home crowd and these dates are the ones that me and the band are really excited about. This will be my first show on the Isle of Wight and I'm looking forward to a rollicking night of rock 'n' roll. I always remember hearing such great things about this festival and it has such a sense of history with the likes of Jimi Hendrix playing there the first time round."

I want him to sing me songs, but like, just for me, alone, on a boat or something. Does anybody wonder if he'll ever get that Beatles song catalogue? Would the Jacksons put it up for auction to pay for all the debts? It's definitely worth a shitload. If I were a baller, I'd definitely buy it, get super high, and listen to The Beatles and it would feel craaazy knowing I actually own the muthafuckin' rights to the songs. Haha… okay, I digress.

He's the best and puts on an amazing show. If you have the opportunity to see him, it is worth the money.

No thanks, not a fan; I find his music damned boring. And how is a tour "grueling" for McCartney?!?! You know he gets the best of everything, while his roadies do all the heavy lifting. So the guy might do a sound check and play onstage for a couple of hours. If he can't handle that, and it's something he's been doing for years and years and years and years, then he needs to hang it up. We're supposed to be impressed with what's likely second nature for him to do? Please.

I go to the isle of wight festival every year, and this year is going to be so good. I cant think of a better way to end the festival weekend then to have a bit of Paul McCartney. Its going to be good. (:

First solo tour? Maybe in the UK, but I saw him YEARS ago on a SOLO tour in the US. Very good concert! If he comes back to the US I'm sure tickets will be $$$$$ though.
