And honestly, who can resist the urges of Johnny Depp? We sure as hell couldn't!
Next year, Johnny may very well get his long time wish to star in a flick alongside his partner, Vanessa Paradis in a new movie called American Dream. Though Johnny admits that "nothing has been officially signed" he foresees both his and Vanessa's involvement with film about the French feminist Simone de Beauvoir and her love affair with Nelson Algren "progressing well."

They actually met on a movie set, I doubt it's gonna change anything between them.
considering the subject matter the film could work - since he is an accomplished actor and she is french, meaning he has the conceptual aspect and she may be lacking in the acting dept.but has the love and knowledge of her nationality - I think this would be a very beautiful collaboration for them and their children - and to those who can't see his hotness, HE'S 46 YEARS OLD, uneffinbelievable, yes, JD is very different, but he is a very gorgeous human being and his love for his partner and children make him even sexier - happiness wishes to all of them forever…
I don't get how people are leaving comments saying they don't understand the allure of him!! He is flawless….the man is 46 years old and is better looking than anyone half his age!! I love Johnny, he is such an amazing actor, he is a refined bad boy but still has an edge, and he's all about his family. Johnny could have easily gone on the leading man path beause of his looks but instead he became a character actor who never hopes that his looks will carry him through the film. In fact, alot of the time his face is covered in make-up and stuff in the movies he does.

I read Madame Simone de Beauvoir's memoirs and know all about her love affair with american writer Nelson Algren. I doubt this would make an interesting movie as Mr. Algren appeared to me as a most boring person, and cruel too. Well maybe if the director puts the emphasis on the cruelty Johnny could deliver a perfect performance as he is one of the best actors in the world with Sean Penn. As for Vanessa, I have seen her in French films and she is a very good actress, beautiful and charmins.
