In an attempt to appear like a genuine artist, Ke$ha decided to run her mouth off and attack Britney Spears for not singing live at her concerts. She says it's "bullshit" for any artist to call themselves as such and not vocally perform live and considers Britney's excuses for keeping close to the track completely unfair. Ke$ha says:
“I don’t think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans. No offense to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime. It’s treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing. Sometimes it is hard to sing and dance at the same time but I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans. I don’t want to treat my fans like they are stupid."

She doesn't play an instrument, I doubt she knows the difference between treble and bass clef, and the foundations for her popularity are rooted in songs that celebrate how worthless and alone she is without a man. Whether you like it or not, Kesha has a valid point, and she's making it in a fairly intelligible way. It's people like you that perpetuate the idea that people like Britney and Paris Hilton are worthy of respect. WHY? Seriously, I would love to know why??? First off Ke$ha is right. Britney is nothing but a manufactured product that the industry made and Britney has no real personality. What you see of her is fake. Clearly if you look at what she has done in the past couple of years you would see that Britney is not who we pretend she is.

When I see a live performance, I don't want to witness lip synching regardless of how good the show is. I would still listen to "Milli Vanillli"(remember them?) but I would never see them live.
