The Royal Family In Venice
The Jolie-Pitt clan has again invaded the streets of Venice.
The family is currently in Italy as momma Angelina Jolie films for her latest flick, The Tourist.
And in an attempt to spend some quality time together, Brad Pitt and Ange took some of their kiddies along to grab some icecream gelato and for a quick ride down the famous canals.
The kiddies this time included twins Knox (the one Angelina is carrying) and Vivienne (held by poppa Pitt).
And just behind holding onto to Ange's hand is little Shiloh expressing her individuality by again dressing "like a boy."
Maybe tomorrow they'll take their other kids out for some fun.
We haven't seen little Maddox around for a while.

Shiloh is obviously a daddy's girl like so many girls in her age. Get it together.
The way they are dressing their beautiful little girl with a boys' haircut and clothes is akin to sex abuse. It is really sick and twisted and it is really difficult to watch. In addition, if they seriously think anyone buys that Shiloh picks out her own clothes, they're mistaken. The p.r. rep that writes those stories must roll his or her eyes every time. This 3 yr old little girl is barely potty trained, and is just learning her ABC's. Do you seriously think she says, I want to dress like a boy! At 3, they do not know how to coordinate their outfits in terms of color or pattern, let alone to coordinate in terms of sex. Hell, I know some adults who don't know how to coordinate their clothes. Her grandparents must want to vomit every time they see her pic.
The other observation I have is, which seems to have been accepted by some in the media, they're still not married! These are illegitimate children folks! This is a wholly unstable family "playing house". Marriage is no guarantee, but it says to God, your children, your closest friends and family, and in their case, the world, yes, I am committed to this relationship and family and I care enough to celebrate this union. The fact that they don't bother with a wedding shows the committment is not there and it would surprise no one if this family dissolved tomorrow. As a result, the breakup rumors will keep coming - fast and furiously.
Why are they encouraging that little girl to dress like a boy? Don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about her sexuality, I just think she's trying a little too hard to be like her brothers!
Maybe Shiloh is really a boy and they just never told us.

I don't feel for those kids. They get to see the world and they probably have the best tutors available to home school them. Don't get me wrong, I believe that taking your kids to a normal school is better but those kids are not suffering. Zahara, Pax and Maddox would be the ones suffering in a dirty orphanage if they hadn't adopted them.

Why do that keep dressing Shiloh like a boy? Sorry, I don't think that is right. She should have a girl hairstyle and wear girl clothes at her age. Even Chasity Bono looked like a girl at Shiloh's age. I know all those arguments about gender assignment during childhood, but I think until she is old enough to know if she wants to change gender, she should dress like a girl.

Also I have raised a three year old and she certainly did indicate a preference for clothing, she wanted to wear a dress every single day. So its possible Shiloh wants to dress that way. However Angelina is such a control freak I don't doubt that she would dictate what she wears and want to experiment with her daughter. Clearly her parenting decisions are 'all about her' or else she wouldn't adopt a three year old child and then continue to uproot them every few months. Any adoptive parent should read up about attachment disorder, and passed three the risk is high…the worst possible thing is to create a changing and unstable environment for a newly adopted kid that age. I notice we never see them with Pax, I hope that kid is ok.

I do feel bad for the way those kids are dressed. Shiloh was such a beautiful little girl. Not saying she should have looong hair but dang, let her have some sort of girly-ness! It looks like she is wearing a jacket that was handed down from Maddox. It's just plain weird. I also have boy/girl twins and they were always dressed appropriately for their gender…if they asked to wear the other's clothes they were told "no. you have your own clothes."
Aside from the clothing, the kids ARE lucky to have a chance to be exposed to so much of the world. Children at that age really learn best through experiences. I hope at some point they will settle in one place so they can have friends who are not their siblings. They are definitely going to need some friends!
Agree that it is weird that they seem to separate the kids…bio vs. adopted. But maybe it happens to look that way but they are separating by age?

Look, people, Shiloh is a mere child. If she wants to act and look like a boy, that's something she'll have to wrestle with down the line. But it's up to her parents to parent her, and to address any issues she may have. She was, not so long ago, a lovely little girl. Her current look may not have anything to do with her future sexual preference; she might have other issues that are making her socially rebellious. She's not old enough to know better or to ask for help if she needs it. But when I see pictures of her looking like a boy, I wonder what's going on in her parents' heads. Some things don't run a course naturally. Ask any parent who has a violently hostile child and most will tell you that they "missed" signs in younger days.
Ok I totally understand not wanting to support stereotypical gender roles by dressing your daughter in pink frills, but it makes absolutely no sense to go completely to the other end of the spectrum and dress her like a boy, or a grow man for that matter. Why would you want your daughter to think at such a young age that masculinity is preferred in your family? How about some gender neutral clothing for all of the children? Just because you don't want to cover them with pink and blue from head to toe doesn't mean they can't wear some fun colorful clothes with little characters and such on them…. It's really depressing to see these tiny kids in drab, boring colors with no prints all of the time. It's so joyless. This whole family gives me the creeps.. None of them seem truly happy, including the children. It seems to me like their parents (or maybe just their mother) is trying to craft their personalities and style from birth. YUCK.

Your experience with three year olds cannot be applied to the entire gene pool. I idolized my older brother as a baby and from the time I could talk (2) I'd say, "i not a girl, I'd a boy." I had a say in what I wore from preschool on and chose plaid button downs, corduroys, baseball hats, etc. Thankfully my parents knew that I'd grow out of this phase as I aged and thus didn't make more of it then what it was. What I'm saying is that when the children are getting dressed in the morning, it's not too hard to believe that Shiloh asks to wear clothes similar to Maddox and Pax. I bet by the time she's 6 or 7 she will be as girly as the next girl. But NONE of us, including you and other posters, know what she'll be like whether it be girly, gender confused, homosexual, heterosexual, masculine, etc. To pretend to know because you've seen a handful of pics of her is ludicrous.

I have a six, four and three year old and let me tell you - I couldn't make them keep an item on their body that they didn't want on their body and they are really well behaved. My three year old likes to wear super hero costumes like her brother instead of girly gear like her sis. I couldn't make her wear princess stuff if I tried. She takes it off the first chance she has.

So I got a super short hair cut and you know what when I got older I just grew it out!!
