"I Want To Be A TV Producer," Says Sarah Palin!
Reality television has hit a new low - former Vice Presidential candidate and the nation's political pinata, Sarah Palin, is producing a reality series.
We've lost faith in the genre as of now.
Sexy Sarah has apparently been taking meetings with Mark Burnett, the brain that has spewed out such classics as Survivor and The Apprentice, so that the two can pitch a TV docudrama about Alaska. An insider is calling the project a “planet-Earth type look” at the former Governor's home state. They had a meeting with CBS earlier in the week and today, she'll be stopping by NBC Universal.
Producers of Hollywood, do us a favor - Please don't indulge this woman!
First of all, the only interesting thing that ever came out of Alaska is Sarah Palin. And by interesting, we mean worthy of mockery. And second, you are talking about a woman who tried to patrol the goings-on in Russia from her kitchen window. You think she has any kind of smarts to run a TV show. We know it doesn't take much, but we still don't think she can cut it.
Nip it in the bud, boys. You'll thank us later!

Sarah Palin said in an interview that there are parts of Alaska from which you can see the Russian coastline. Which is a fact. The "I can see Russia from my house!" thing was Tina Fey's SNL skit.
If you people have a problem with Sarah Palin, you should try communicating like adults and making sure that your grievances are based in fact and not something you watched during primetime.
As a Republican I have to say I absolutely love seeing reactions like those of 'supersongbird' and 'lulu' to Sarah Palin. You two honestly have absolutely no grasp of political strategy, do you? Not that anyone on my side wants you to be pondering anything more complex than what you're fed by Jon Stewart anyway. The angrier and more belligerent you get, the more reasonable we look. I will say it feels good to be a registered independant voter. When there is an election coming up I actually sit listen to both sides. I have voted for Democrats as well as Republicans. I don't discount the other party's candidate because of their label. It's called keeping an open mind. Palin's collegiate career began at Hawaii Pacific University. Next she went to North Idaho College, a two-year institution, where she was a general studies major. She then transferred to Univ. of Idaho. Then Palin headed back to Alaska to attend Matanuska-Susitna College, 14 miles from her hometown, Wasilla. (Songbird — have you seen the mayor's office in Wasilla???? Take a guess about the college ther . . .)
After one semester, she returned to the Univ. of Idaho, She (at last!) graduated with a degree in journalism.

I'm a staunch dem but I like Sara Palin, and if she wants a TV job I think that's great! I think she's nice, pretty, smart, and Christian. 3 great qualities and a viable option. But the highest office in the land? President? It scares me because it's very easy to mess up the world. Your heart can be in the right place, but things can still go wrong unless you really know how to deal with it, and her educational background is a little all over the place. I have an aunt that is nice, pretty, smart and Christian, and if we're going with those 4 qualities it might as well be her, at least then I'd be related to a President.
