The United Nations Foundation is starting a new campaign called Girl Up.
The initiative is suppose to inspire young girls of the world to dream big and become a powerful force of change for the world. Taking on the role of poster girl for the program is successful businesswoman and tweeter, Ivanka Trump.
Solid choice. Let's see what she does with it!

I admire Ivanka…a Wharton School graduate, not easy getting through those tough classes. It takes special parents to instill that kind of determination, when it's so much easier to take the path of least resistance…be a professional shopper and go clubbing all night, being a drunk.

elitist bullsh*t, this is to make the UN look hip and trendy so world government is more acceptable to the masses. advertisers always go after the women first, because once you got the woman,you got the children and after that the man follows.
Why doesn't she start with forced circumcition? These are HUGE and expected throughout the Muslim World (I must put a disclaimer here, because NOTHING in the Koran even mentions this. It's just a cultural thing to keep woman a virgin until they are married. I can't even imagine what that must feel like), I debated this issue at the Harvard Model UN, and they wouldn't even touch it because it was deemed a "religous thing." But if I know its not, then they do, too. Where's the UN sanctions? Where's Amnisty International? Oh! That's right, they only care about men or high-profile cases.

One thing you can say about Donald Trump, is he raised his children well. They are not the pathetic, partying, durg-addicted rehab regulars like so many of the other children of priviledge out there. They all seem to be solid, smart, and the ones who are old enough to work…do. Good for them.
