A Refund from Simon Monjack

If you are one of the people who shelled out money to Simon Monjack and the Brittany Murphy Foundation only to hear that it was a bust, fear not. Simon says he's giving it all back.
In a statement today, Simon revealed that the foundation only collected about $800 between the time it was started and the time it was told to shut down because Simon had not taken the necessary steps to make it legit. Now, he is refunding the pocket change cash to all those who donated and claims he's taking "the proper steps" to start a legit foundation with his departed wife's namesake.
It would be a nice gesture, but considering how much you raised, perhaps its one that's better left on the back burner.

Her foundation may have the best intentions but I don't let that guy anywhere near it. I'm surprised he even got in 800 bucks. I think people would have been smarter than that.

I really think that him and the mother had something to do with her death. I think that they are lovers and have been for a long time. Nither one of them had a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of and they don't want to work so they had to get rid of her for her money. Why else would a son in law move with his mother in law. Why not live their own lives. Why are they still together?????
Re: buggadaboo – i know, right? seemed VERY weird to me when i read they were moving to ny together. i've been married for 10 years & my husband barely likes to be in the same room w/my mom, let alone hanging out with her constantly and he would definitely not be moving with her after my death!!!
