Say what you want, but Taylor is 16!! Just 16! She grew up in the spotlight and has cameras following her everywhere. Let her find herself. If that means being aloof and wearing lots of eyeliner, then so be it. She has done nothing to you. She is a good actress and can write songs and perform them in a band. I think you should be praising her for her abilities instead of focusing on her attitude. Again, she is 16 and very talented.

I looked up this girl's backstory, because 1) I have never heard of her, and 2) I couldn't understand why some TV actress would be at a music seminar. Come to find out that she's actually in a band called The Pretty Reckless, and the surprising thing is, they don't suck! They have sort of an alt/punkish sound, and she has a very distinctive, mature, & growly voice (somewhere between Avril, Courtney Love & Pink).
Perhaps the posturing, posing, and scowling is all part of her act of being in a band, Whether you think it's fake or self-righteous, either way it's HARMLESS. If something like this pisses you off and makes you go off on 16 year olds, you have bigger issues than she does.
I wish you would stop making fun of a sixteen year old. She's famous, a little full of herself and experimenting with her look/attitude. Hell, even non-famous experiment during adolescence before resorting back to the so-called grown-up demeanor. It's bad enough when you make fun of adults who dress funny, just leave Taylor alone.
