MTV Fist Pumped With A Lawsuit
Time to G.T.L. - Get the Lawyers!!!
MTV is being sued by Joshua Thomas and Kristin Perrenod, the infamous couple that got into a brawl with Jersey Shore stars Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart on the show last season. The couple claims that MTV edited the footage to misrepresent what actually happened and they have their own footage to prove it!
In this "raw footage," Ronnie and Sammi were supposedly antagonizing the pair with homophobic slurs and other insults before things turned violently ugly and the pair are pissed that MTV edited the famous boardwalk fight "in a manner that was completely inconsistent with what really took place."
Additionally, Josh and Kristin are also shaking their fists at MTV because the producers of the show had them sign release forms while they were "clearly intoxicated" and therefore, the waivers should be considered invalid.
To be fair, look at the people the producers work with day in and day out. Maybe they've just become numb to the signals.
Just some fair warning to these folks - the Jersey kids can do no wrong in MTV's eyes, so this is really just a waste of your time. There is no such thing as slander when it comes to these juiceheads!

this lawsuit will be going nowhere fast…
they were the ones dumb enough to get drunk in public and get involved with the fight. they signed the release. what is mtv supposed to do? take them home, give them a bed to nap in and then wake up them up after 8 hours, hand them their fucking juice like kari ann peniche and give them a test to make sure they are no longer drunk and THEN have them sign the release? and too fucking bad if you don't like how you were edited. shouldn't have gotten involved in the first place. WALK AWAY from people who are trying to start shit with you - don't jump in and make an ass of yourself. it's not mtv's fault you love to get wasted and brawl. suck it up, kids. welcome to life. that's the breaks.
ugh.. I wish these damn tools from "Jersey Shore" would go hide under a rock. They a) give Jersey a bad name and b) they are all losers that get paid because other losers have no life other than to watch the show.
I'm sure this case will get dropped quicker than Conan got kicked off of The Tonight Show.
By the way, Sammi is the most boring fucking person I've ever seen on television. Christ, she's lucky that she's conventionally good looking (compared to the other girls, though I do like Jwoww's jwowws) because she's literally got nothing else going on whatsoever.
