Kourtney And Khloe Refuse Take Miami AND Cash From Children!!

As we all know, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have relocated to Miami once again to film the second season of their spin-off show, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.
The 'reality' show's staff writers apparently decided that the girls couldn't just go back for the fun of it, so they wrote a wonderful storyline that establishes that the Miami branch of their store, DASH, is in trouble and needs the Kardashian sisters' guidance.
You know, because of their exceptional amount of work experience and natural finesse for business!
God forbid they just admit they wanted another season, right?
We digress.
Either way, DASH is effing itself hard because nobody is going to want to go a store that TAKES ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD.
According to a source, Kourtney and Khloe were prepping for a filmed appearance at their store, and an 11 year old boy purchased a bottle of water that was priced at OVER $10!! When his mother realized how much he spent, she brought him back inside and politely asked if they could return the UNOPENED bottle and get a refund. Apparently this request was REFUSED with EXTREME bitchiness and some serious 'tude.
SERIOUSLY. WTF??
Let's ignore the fact that charging over $10 for a BOTTLE OF WATER is absolutely ridiculous! But you would blatantly refuse to refund a KID who just bought it and hadn't even opened the seal???

it's a business. once purchased over the counter and got your receipt means sold. returning the product without valid reason is not accepted. it's the mother's fault..why let the kid do the buying anyway.
It's interesting that I saw this story come up. I am going to be in the Miami area in a couple of weeks and I was considering making a stop in to Dash. About a week ago I googled Dash and both the Miami and Calabasas store came up with user reviews. Both had horrible reviews.. and although some reviews just commented on the family some were legitimate in regards to the store. When it came to the Miami store everyone gave it 1 star! They said there were hardly any clothes and that it was run down! A common theme I saw from both store user reviews was that there was horrible customer service. It seems like whoever they have working there must assume that the store actually doesn't get legitimate business but just has fans stopping in because everyone comments on getting no help whatsoever. I also heard about the water. Apparently its for those who can't afford the outrageously priced items in the store but want to say they made a purchase at Dash. It has a picture of the Kardashians on it.. picture or not 10-11 dollars for water is just ridiculous!
Should be a lesson learned for the kid. I don't know any store that would take back a food item even if it looked like it hadn't been opened. Someone could have put anything in there and sealed it back up, they can't take that chance. Besides, I don't know many eleven year olds that don't know that $10 is too much for a bottle of water. Darwin strikes again.
this celebrity culture today is sickening. For someone from the Kardashians to be even known by the general public less alone liked is beyond me and is stupid beyond words. Instead of putting smart people, people who do important things on pedestals we are obsessed with spoiled brats who should get a real job for once in their life.

i used to like watching their shows but i am soooo over this whole family!!! i am not a fan of how they navigate the world at all. they remind me of paris hilton famous for…..doing nothing! soon enough everyone will be sick of them (just like paris) and no one will be willing to pay them a dime!!

technically the sale is legally voidable bc they entered into a trasaction with a minor, so if they brought the water back unopened they r legally responsible to refund the money to the minor. as owners of business they should know the basics of business law.

I believe someone should do their homework regarding the Kardashian. Robert went to college, he graduated from USC with a degree in business. Kourtney went to SMU in Dallas for two years and then graduated from the University of Arizona. Kim attended santa monica city college at least for a few classes and Khloe did not go to college at all.

They probably should have just refunded the kid and thrown out the water for publicity sake. And I looked up the laws regarding the fact that a minor made the purchase and it states unless the water in question was misrepresented, the minor is not entitled to special treatment.
"The Consumer Protection Act is a very broad legislation which applies to most marketplace transactions and there is nothing in it which sets out rights and responsibilities specific to minors…The seller has the right to set his own refund/exchange policies and accordingly can refuse to provide an exchange. It is the consumer's responsibility to inform themselves of the refund/exchange policy prior to entering into a transaction."
It's up to the mother to teach her children about the value of a dollar.
We have bottled water in store in Montreal and the cheapest ones I've seen here 7$. It's a clothing store and it's business.
Hope this incident is a lesson learned for both the mother and child.
