As the show is going into it's fifth season this summer, Sharon Osbourne is considering her future with the reality show America's Got Talent.
She has revealed that she will most likely make her exit from the show at the end of this year, explaining:
"To be honest, I don't want to be a judge much longer. It's nice to be liked, but hard work trying to maintain that profile."
You did a fine job, Sharon. You deserve a break, it that is what you'd like And hey, we know of someone who could replace you"

Sharon, honey, WHY do you want to be on a so called talent show at all? Please say it's the money, because otherwise, you'd just be a glutton for punishment! Other than real talent such as Jennifer Hudson and Adam Lambert, most of the folks on these shows don't really have what it takes to make it in show biz. If I were you Sharon, I'd enjoy my life and stay out of the overexposed spotlight where too much attention is payed to very little substance. You have a husband and children who love you and that's what really matters. Take a lesson from your eldest daughter, who didn't want to be on The Osbournes program and now has a much less hectic life as a result!

Just so you know, since, apparently you do not, a judge is someone who presumably, hopefully, puts aside their personal opinions and listens with an open mind to whatever they are judging. Their wise council helps navigate through emotional, partisan, and personal opinion to get to a (hopefully) healthy generally fair outcome. You blew it, babe. You will never again be asked to judge anything because your personal agenda wrecked so much. If you are asked to judge anything again, it will not be a legitimate enterprise. Judges are not supposed to put their personal agendas before their mediator responsibilities. Just so you know, I am not a fan of MAP or Prejean. Just callin like I read it.

Sharon should turn to building and promoting Kelly, Jack and Aimee's careers behind the scenes if they want it. That's her true talent. 'One Word' was brilliance, like Jakob Dylans' 'One Headlight', and I've been waiting for MORE from Kelli; AND Ozzy's new CD, with baited breath. There's so much musical talent there that it should be mentored and hammered/fashioned into something beautiful, and Sharon is the gal to help do it. It would solidify their futures.
