MORE Dennis Hopper Divorce Drama!!
This woman is SO EFFING CRAZY.
The Dennis Hopper vs. batshit wife Victoria insanity was back in court today because according to their prenup, Victoria is legally obligated to leave the family's Venice compound on March 15th.
WELL, according to legal papers, Victoria is now claiming that her prenup is a little more specific. She says that although she is required to vacate ONE home on the property, she has another that she's allowed to stay in.
WTF??
How on Earth does that even make sense?? Why would Dennis want you on his property in ANY capacity if he is DIVORCING you?? No one with any kind of brain would agree to that imaginary prenup clause, you twit.
Of course, once in court the real reason came out - Victoria is an effing mooch, has no money of her own and nowhere to go.
She said:
"I believe in contemplation of death [Dennis Hopper] may be intending to remove me as a beneficiary of any kind…"
Right on both counts, sweetie.
He's very ill, and he wants NOTHING he owns to go to you, so he's making sure you're GONE.
He deserves to live out the rest of his life happily, so GO AWAY.

Why u hate her so much Perez? She IS the Mother of his child and you would think he would want the child's Mother partially taken care of so that his child doesn't go without. They were married for 15 years or so I think so why is he being so cruel now?
How does that make her a mooch? She married the man, she is entitled to some of what he has. I don't know why you always arbitrarily pick a side and then stick to it beyond all reason. It is really annoying.

I like no body who isn't in that family knows what is going on. But i do know from my personal experience with a father who is dying of advanced prostate cancer, that he would be in NO WAY able to make these drastic decisons on his own. The amount of pain and pain killers he would be on would allow for anyone to get away with manipulating him. And if they are, they will get whats coming to them eventually. And they shoudl be ashamed of themselves for allowing his last days to turn into a stressfull circus

Geez, that is way too harsh. She should have some rights–she was married to him for 15 years and had his child! And if he's dying, and on as many pain meds as everyone says, she probably still cares for him and wants to be close enough to make sure that he's alright.

He obviously was a bit of a jackass husband if he has been married so many times. But she has spent MANY years with this man, so she obviously wasn't in it to rob him & run. After a lengthy marriage like that, she is entitled to what they jointly held as a couple.
Anyone in their right mind would know that this is all engineered by his daughter from his first marriage. She doesn't want to share Daddy's money. If Dennis Hopper is as sick as he says he is there is NO WAY he could communicate these wishes. He probably just wants to die in peace, but can't because of what his daughter is doing. You know, Mario, not all women are money-grubbing whores. May be they DO deserve what's coming to them … in this case part of his estate to support the child he created with her. Victoria doesn't sound like such a bad person - but his daughter is a nutjob.

The doctors ruled that Dennis is mentally competent. The story about the daughter Marin being behind it all was a plant by the wife's boyfriend in another paper.

They were married for 14+ years. Someone's trying to say this lady deserves to be kicked to the curb just like that after 14 years? Who treats people like that? That's horrible behavior. And definitely not how a husband should treat his wife. He's dying and his first concern is that he divorce his wife so she doesn't get his money?! You are such a child, Mario. Dennis and Victoria Hopper have been married for 14 years. They have a 6 year old child together. "Go away" is simply not a legal reality. They do have a contract and there are terms. Considering Dennis Hopper is also gravely ill, his wife just may have a perspective on his behavior which YOU do not. Please get some clue, dear.

Victoria's other "perspective"" was stealing his art while he was receiving medical treatment and taking his six year old child away from him so that Dennis couldn't see his daughter during his final Christmas. Then she accused him of being mentally incompetent and had his family slandered in the press by the man with whom she is having an affair. Now she won't leave his house despite a pre-nup which requires her to do so.
It's not Mario who's the child here–it's Victoria.
All this has so far resulted in the judge putting a restraining order against her. Would the judge have done that for no reason?
She's his wife, so it's not just HIS property. They also have a child together. He's always been a dick.
