Actor By Day, Addict By Night!
We reported earlier that Charlie Sheen will be resuming filming Two and a Half Men as planned next week, but now we've learned a little bit more about his schedule.
During the day, he will continue his thespian duties, but as soon as the cameras stop rolling, Charlie will head back to rehab. We're told Charlie must report back to his rehab facility every day, with no stops anywhere else other than the set.
We don't know about this. Seems a little counterproductive. Work is stressful and if he is not well enough to live in his own house, how is he well enough to deal with the pressures of a major TV show?
Make those writers get creative and write him out for a few episodes. It wouldn't kill anyone to see LESS of Charlie Sheen in the universe.

Re: tigrrrlilly – I do agree with you tigrrrlilly; Charlie Sheen IS a pig, and likely receives some special treatment. But is his rehab voluntary or court-ordered? If it's voluntary, and his therapist agrees that his working is appropriate, is he really getting a special dispensation? What Charlie Sheen needs is to have his ass kicked by a bunch of women; that would be fitting considering his history. But I don't think that a parasitical hypocrite like Perez needs to be moralizing about others when he's such an idiot himself.

This should work; I think everyone is making sure all angles are covered. And it could be very therapeutic: getting Chuck working without his crutches.

They should write the rehab into the script —> Charlie's character beats the crap out of the kids mother, gets arrested and goes to rehab –> then they can film in the rehab… like Girl Interrupted, or One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, but call it "Two and a Half Men, Interrupted" — or "One of the Two and a Half Men Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"

Re: BreeNYC – Hon, it wouldn't be the first time they put an episode on hold while the main actor/actress gets well! This is all health related they REALLY HAVE NO CHOICE and SHOULD WAIT! Did it ever occur to you numnuts that it's BETTER for him this way? With this arrangement, if/when he gets "stressed out", he returns to rehab at night to get help dealing with it rather than using drugs. DUH.
Work can't be that stressful. The show isn't even funny and has a laugh track to let u know if something is supposed to be funny.

Two and a Half Men would not be the same without Charlie .. you can't just write him out of the show (unless you put him trying to go through rehab to better his life as the story line) but then that would mess things up even more. Mind you, it might also make things more interesting in the long run. But, I wouldn't watch it if he was not in it, he is the star of the show. I love that show, even my 10 year old loves that show.
