Not the other way around!

The two paps who tried to sneak in to The Bachelor wedding between Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney last month are both suing ABC claiming battery, false imprisonment and negligence!

They are also suing Next Entertainment and the security company present at the wedding, claiming that all 3 companies "breached their duty of reasonable conduct by attacking and detaining or authorizing the attack and detention."

The security guards tackled the paparazzi team of Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes and locked them up, but they were released later with no pressed charges.

All this over the Bachelor wedding?! Stoopid!

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. ABC should not be permitted to profit from airing these photogs assault without their permission. Complete over-reaction, the thugs should have simply approached the photogs and said, "Don't shoot here or we're calling the cops" and then formed a human barrier to block shots until cops arrived. Instead, they took the law into their own hands - no one was in imminent danger, except perhaps the photogs who were assaulted. Pay-up ABC!
